I liked the cost and location of the hotel to my event

Staff was not welcoming. Upon entering the hotel, I was not spoken to but rather starried at until I spoke and said hello. I followed up with, are you okay, as they looked bothered that I was there. The room had large stains on the floors and it would seem that spiders had taken up residence in the bathtub. I would recommend darkening shades for the rooms especially for those room with lights coming in from the pool area. With the current shades, it still made it very bright. I understand the the breakfast was a continental bar, but I expected that at the very least the oranges would be good, rather than dry and tasteless. Nothing on the breakfast was worth consuming.

the bed linen is very thin. It was almost like they forgot the top cover

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect!

Clean room & comfortable bed.

10 am check out is rather early for the weekend. Fire alarm went off super early due to breakfast being prepared and we didn’t know that was the reason until check out!
