Honestly, the best thing that property had was the pricing and the location

well, if I may be so honest, I would like to say I did not mind that the place was a little older. The thing that really got on my wife was the fact that when we open the door there was two roaches, it look like they were fighting on top of the bed. The floors were buckled so much that when you walked in there, you would trip if you did not pay attention, I went to the bathroom to see if we could at least use the shower but that shower was in such bad condition and there was a roach inside the toilet it look like it just started drowning so we immediately closed the door and I felt so awful. My wife was furious I mean honestly who wouldn’t be we went to the car and talked about the options. We tried looking around for another place while we did. That time has passed maybe 10 maybe 15 minutes when I went back to ask for a refund the lady looked at me and she said you’ve been in the room too long I can’t give you a refund, I was baffled I felt like I was done so dirty I just walked in, walked out and I was not able to get a refund that was completely unprofessional and so very disappointing.

Girl at the desk was very unhelpful and I didn't even get to stay. Was turned away. Never got a room so the questions don't apply to quality of room.

The room was half cleaned shower curtain/toilet was dirty floor had trash on it the bed was the only thing i enjoyed about the room the door doesn't close all the way you can literally see the outside under the door front desk checked another person in the room I was in dude just busted in my room 2am in the morning while we was sleeping so its alot of improvement need to be done

The bathroom and the room not being completely clean was a turn off
