It was clean and staff was great

The lamp didn’t work and the bar area light was out as well. Needs more wattage it’s way to dim, but that was the only thing, everything else was great.

wifi did not work and staff said it had been down for several weeks!!

Room Condition, missing couch, Doors had appearance of being flooded, Tub was slippery with large spot porcelain missing. Overall Room Had appearance of group of drunk sailors had stayed previous week and painted over.

Good breakfast choices. Location is excellent to dining spots, etc. Shopping.

I am elderly and physically disabled. I ordered an Accessible room on the site as it stated there was one available, Queen Size Accessible Room. We received a regular Queen room. No Walk-in Shower. A super low bathtub, and worst of all, we have NEVER stayed in a quality hotel with absolutely no bars at all in the bath/shower to hold onto, not even a towel rod, to get in or out of without a serious accident. I was unable to use the bath at all. Cannot bend to get in/out of tub. Dangerous room for disabled, also, a very tight door opening/closing space in bath. Also, these are the highest from the floor beds I have ever slept in. Gigantic distance from the ground. Not for elderly. Guests need to know they may be unable to "climb" up into these beds; yes, I do mean "climb". Please inform staff to pay attention to orders for Accessible rooms and let customer know if you really don't have such. Otherwise, a clean, very quiet place. I think the lady on duty, Michelle, is a hard worker, though not customer oriented as far as friendly welcoming spirit is concerned. It may be that she is the lone staff when on duty, and her lack of smile reflects it.
