Idealer Ort wenn man ein oder zwei Nächte bleiben möchte. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, kleiner Kühlschrank sind vorhanden, auch ein TV. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem mittendrin. Jederzeit wieder

Very modern, clean, and well located building (downtown Cancun, close to restaurant and ADO bus station). Everything functional. Friendly and professional cleaning staff. Nice balcony. Good price.

A little tricky to find without clear signs but we figured it out!

Lovely modern and clean apartment. Had everything we needed. Self access was easy. Location was good. Quite close to the bus station.

Safe and quiet neighborhood, exactly as advertised. No bugs of any kind. Lots of safe street parking if you have a car rental or catch super cheap easy to navigate public transportation around town or the hotel zone. Within half a mile there is walkable supply shopping, souvenirs and dining out. Couple of things to know. Catch the ADO bus to and from airport. It is less than $7 per person each way. Location is a safe walkable mile away from ADO bus station. You will see all that the neighborhood has to offer and cheap eats at Parque de las Palapas. This is a locals spot for eating out. You will enjoy the food, music and sometimes stage entertainment! This is also perfect for friends and family to enjoy being together, but you can have your own individual room and space. 6 units available. 4 on second floor, 2 on third.

Nothing comes to mind

The location is excellent, walking distance to Walmart & Sams Club. The bus stops & even a local festival square, where we could get great local foods were also within a reasonable walk... It was quiet and clean and pretty central to everything. We were never bothered, it's super secure. There is a bakery & convenience store right at the edge of the street or a nice cafe Just on the corner. Two Fast food places & a late night taco shop just a hop away.

This isn't a negative, I just wish there was like a mounted bottle opener somewhere, as there is such a nice foyer to sit at and have a drink it was unfortunate that there wasn't something that made it convenient to sit and have a beer :P!

The room is very clean, spacious and designed. The area is very quiet as well.

The wifi reception could have been much better in our room. It kept dropping every minute. As well, the remote of the TV was quite inconvenient since som buttons worked and other’s didn’t.

the two controls of tv and air conditioning have dead batteries and poor wifi at some times.

Location was ok

The outside noise ( dogs barking, street noise )was loud . Walls possibly not sound insulated enough.

There was an internet issue with Booking.com but the staff and owner took care of it immediately rather than lose a valuable customer. They made me feel welcomed and helped me to navigate the property itself (assumed to be an actual hotel with guest services). The staff made sure to accommodate my needs to ensure an excellent stay on their beautiful boutique property.

Great value for money, simple but clean and tasteful accommodation. Good location, close to the Hotel Zone, beaches, markets and restaurants.

WiFi didn’t work most of the time.

I really recommended this place, everything was perfect, room was very clean. An added bonus was the fridge in the room. Wifi also was really good. If you want to go to the beach, the nearest bus stop is opposite Burger King. You need to take autobus R-2, 10 min by walk you can find really good food corner in Parque de las Palapas :)

The room was clean.

You can't smoke on the balcony, not even in the garden. They send you out on the street, even if you're a woman traveling solo. It's ridiculous really. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The walls are thin, so your neighbors will hear you when you have an early meeting online, and you will hear them when they go to bed late. There are no cutleries or plates, nothing. So good luck if your food delivery forgets to add the cutleries.. The fridge was unplugged when I arrived.. The water takes an eternity to heat up. The pool and rooftop terrace are still under construction. So yeah, you literally pay for getting almost nothing.
