It was very worst experience. Staff members are very rude and not provided service. Room phone also not working. AC was not cooling properly. Odour in the room. And staff was not at all cooperative

The location is good. Near to the market, Marine drive etc. Easy access to public transport. Hotel Rooms - Room was clean and tidy. Small in size for two people but was good. Great for solo travelers. Staff - Very good and helpful. We reached early so they provided a room for freshening up and even you can ask for early check-in if rooms are available. Overall - Good place to stay if you are going for a 1-2 day trip to Mumbai.

Hotel Exterior - Building is quite old but I think most buildings in Mumbai are like that. Hotel Rooms - As the room is small in size for two people, so if you have more luggage then it will be difficult to manage otherwise no problem.

Staff of the hotel are very nice n supportive as well.

The hotel is at a good location and accessible by all means of transport. Quiet a nice hotel for a budget stay considering the location. Very friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are good for two with one kid max. 3 adults or more than a kid would be a little difficult. Otherwise, good hotel.

The big disappointment would be that the hotel is hidden in an old building, making it difficult to believe at first sight of a hotel at a building. But the staff helps you to realize otherwise. No qualms otherwise

Pictures posted on website were very misleading, room was very unclean with paint peeling, fan and ac were old and rickety, staff was uncooperative and would not even provide an additional pillow

Nothing! I didn’t enter the hotel because there was no parking for my car and he asked me to park the car on road somewhere and walk to the hotel. There were prostitutes sitting outside the hotel and did not feel comfortable entering the hotel. This hotel was not safe at all. And the way the staff talks is scary.

I reached the hotel at 12 but the staff started calling me at 9 and started creating urgency to pay for the room without me visiting the property so I paid but later when I asked for refund they obviously denied and I lost 2800 rs right there. I would never book hotels using booking.com because this is the first time I used your platform and this is my experience. I will take it to social media with the pictures of that hotel. How can you approve a hotel on your platform without visiting the property.
