I believe that this place is a total scam. The staff that I spoke to were overseas and knew nothing about Boston. They insisted that I give them money before they would tell me ANYTHING about the property. I was supposed to drop money off at a market on Beacon Hill to get the key. VERY shady operation. I didn’t even believe there was a studio apartment for rent. Then they wanted money when I canceled. As far as I was concerned I never got any valid information to book it. I would have a detective in Boston verify this listing. Really suspicious!

Cozy apartment in a good location, near at Common Boston Park and the train station.

Noisy street

too much involved in getting my reservation off the ground plus too many emails (about 15 to 20). Unclear re: the keycafe number to enter (didn't say"confirmation number"). KeyCafe exit was just as bad and turned out we had to use a entirely different number than what I had). Paid a steep cleaning fee and then they want me to empty my own trash --really? Window shade was ancient and riddled with holes. This was obviously a dorm room. The couch was so gross we would not touch it. I could go on and on.

How close it was to the train, and the fridge and sink.

The blood stained curtain, the noise, the 24/7 lights across the street with no black out curtain and the dirty couch.

location is convenient

facilities are poor-the bathroom door could not be closed and the lightbulb does not work. it's very noisy downstairs at night and could not have sleep until 2-3am. needed to pick up and return keys in keycafe which located in a grocery store which is 10 min walking distance from the apartment. the store does not open 24 hours so I found it very difficult to return keys before catching my flight at 6.30am. luckily the staff of the store was willing to let me in (he's not supposed to do so according to their rule), otherwise I would have missed my flight.

The location was amazing. The hosts were attentive. The place was cute.

It was a little tricky getting the keys but luckily I was able to call and get that figured out.
