Extended family vacation. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every room had comfortable King size beds. Linens were clean and crisp. Pillows were so comfy had to check out the tag so I could purchase upon returning home. Bathrooms had large size shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen stocked with everything needed; appreciated Keurig as big coffee drinkers.Safe and quiet neighborhood for walking; everyone very friendly. All amenities and beach about 10 minute drive. House as posted; few things need repair and property manager going to address our concerns. Speaking of the property manager; quick responses to any questions/concerns. Maintenance people very friendly and respected our privacy. Overall great vacation!

Refrig needs some fixing no shelves on inside door for storage and a drawer cracked hard to open and close. Outside porch off master suite needs some tlc! Pool was awesome and the bunk room was fantastic!!

We had a party of 12 and this property accommodated that. We were a mixture of friends and family along with a variety of ages. The king beds were nice to have in each of the room. Kitchen was good except pots and pans should be replaced and could use either a second fridge or have side compartments for the fridge as space was very limited. Nice to have the pool. The property could be cleaned up especially the two patios off the primary room and the second king room. The ping pong table needs to be updated as it was not worth trying to play on. The grill didn't work at first but the owner answered our call instantly. The pool toys and beach chairs should be replaced as they had so much rust you wouldn't want to sit on them. But we loved that we had a table that fit everyone and a living room large enough for everyone as well. The property was only about 5 minutes from the beach which was a nice location. Overall a good stay, just needs a little attention to make it excellent.

This property was great for our family of 15. We had lots of room, everyone enjoy the pool when we were not at the beach. I would say it would have been nice to have a second refrigerator to use since this house hold large groups. But we made do with just one. Also, Would definitely book this place again 😊

We loved it so much we never really left! The pool was the perfect hang out for all of us! Grocery store and anything you need is a short drive away. Planned to go to Kennedy dove center and the beach but just enjoyed relaxing instead! Thank you for a great getaway! We will definitely check availability next time we head that way!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we got to the property to see the size of the home and the big backyard! The home was well stocked with everything you need like detergent, shampoo, baby items and even beach necessities. The beds had noticeably white and fresh clean linens. The pool area was fully enclosed so that even on a rainy day we were able to enjoy and swim. Hot tub was very hot and relaxing after a long day. It was also nice to have a grill to use in the backyard. The location is perfect, only minutes from the many beaches and fishing spots. Owner was very prompt to answer any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend and we will consider coming back here!

Loved the property, 2nd year we stayed here. 12 guys on a golf trip, plenty of room, nice pool area. Had everything we needed. Andy (property manager) was available and accommodating. plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend staying at this property

Great property. Very clean. Exactly what we were looking for. This was my second time staying there and I look forward to the next time.

You’ll be surprised by how much room is in this home and that all the beds are kings! Since we were staying in fall we paid for the pool to be heated and we had a large group so we included the bunk house. It was perfect for us. We had 2 kids, age 11, 4 colleague age kids, who stayed on the king bunk beds in the bunk space (which included a couch and tv), and 7 adults that used the bedrooms. Downstairs was a master that had a bath, shower, and small screened in porch with seating, there were two additional bedrooms that shared a bathroom, with one of the rooms having a small screened porch with seating and a ping pong table. Upstairs was a small seating area with a couch and tv, a shared bathroom, and two more bedrooms. The garage was repurposed into a large bunk “house.” The pool is screened in and you have multiple doors from the house that open up to the pool space. There’s also a hot tub, large table for seating, additional chairs around the pool area, and a very large back yard that’s fenced. We noticed picnic table outside and there was a propane grill stored in the pool area. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you’ll need, there are plenty of pool and regular towels, there were even items for babies/toddlers stored for use. All t.v.’s had Netflix and Hulu. There’s plenty of parking in the driveway. There’s so much available at this home and we intend to book again when we meet our FL family!

Pictures do not do it justice. SO Much bigger than it appears. All the rooms were paired up in separate corners of the house. So much room to move around. About 5 different doors that led to the pool area so that shows how big this house really was. Pool area on on patio, another patio with a ping ball table and a third patio with a seating area. Came down with a ball team and the guys without spouses loved the bunk room. That room was incredibly big and the beds were queen I believe in there. All other beds were comfy as well. We didn’t have kids stay with us but there were things for the kids like a pack n play, high chair and stroller. Had everything for the beach including chairs, towels, cooler. Will absolutely stay here again for the next ball tournament

5 Dads and our sons stayed here for a baseball tournament (22 minutes from Space Coast Athletic Complex). The layout of 5 bedrooms with king-sized beds and then the bunk room for the boys to stay in was PERFECT! Large sitting area, kitchen and dining table so we never felt cramped. Great communication with the owners too. Will definitely be staying here for any future tournaments in the area. Great property.

We loved our space, lots of bedrooms with all King size beds. They were very comfortable with nice linens. Lots of comfortable setting in the kitchen and living area. They even allowed us an early check in and a late check out which worked so great with our wedding weekend activities!

This house was beautiful! We were beyond surprised that they supplied so much! Even to the extent that they had shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom...what?! From the description and pictures I did not realize it had 2 living room areas that was a pleasant surprise! The property is in a great area, close to shops, close to the beach, and a quiet area! The only suggestion that I would have is the roof of the pool area leaks pretty bad so we couldn't sit out there while it was raining but the kids still swam because they were wet anyway! We will definitely keep this on our list to come back to!

We chose this place for our 2021 family vacation - 8 adults and 9 children ages 3 - 16. The house was clean and well-equipped - kitchen was well-appointed for cooking for the large group. The large common area accommodated our family "together-time" - and the pool was just right for the kids - they spent more than 50% of their waking hours (when we weren't out enjoying the sights and activities) in the pool. It was a five-star setting in our opinion.

Amazing home. So much space. The sheets and blankets were so soft. The towels big and fluffy. The pans and dishes were great quality (not cheap dollar store like other places we have stayed). Plenty of parking for 8-10 vehicles. I can not say enough great things about this home. ❤️❤️

We stayed in such a lovely home -there was room for all of us to gather together and still have room when we needed some space. The pool was amazing, large table for dinners together after grilling out, separate big bunk room for kids with TV, big kitchen to move around in, beautiful tiled bathrooms. Everything was so lovely and we made wonderful memories.

Family Time for Texas and Florida members. We rented this house with the 5 bedrooms plus for the Texas family. The house was spacious with room to entertain. Dinner for 40 was held on the covered pool deck. Perfect even with a little rain. Plenty of stores including a rental store for table & chairs in the immediate area. Don't judge the house by the outside dark navy blue paint. The interior was white with pastels. The house, itself, was very clean, well stocked, and updated. Andy, the manager, was very accomadating. This was the second time we have used Vrbo and will continue doing so for future vacations. We highly recommend this house.

We really liked the place overall. Has plenty of room for everyone; Screened in pool is very handy. It's an older place with no yard to speak of outside a small firepit area but the inside has been fully redone and is practical and nice. Would have liked a little but more comfortable mattress is my only real negative; It was firm for me. We would stay there again for sure.

The owner was very helpful and quick to answer messages. It literally had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. All the rooms had enough towels and washcloths. They even had beach towels for use. The pool area was nice and the kids didn’t even want to leave to go to the beach. I will definitely be staying again in the future.
