Pros Good price for a small apartment. Good place for single occupants. The kind size bed was great. Neighborhood was fine. Cons The kitchen looks normal and a nice size but the fridge is mini. You can't see it in the picture. Communication with the host representative was a bit strange. Washer/dryer is shared with community. Bring $$$!!! Lastly, and most importantly, I chose this property after the host agreed to a discounted rate for an extended stay. They said they would apply it on the backend. (I should’ve known better and demanded it upfront.) I inquired multiple times about the discount, and the host went silent.

Property was centric to our visit with our kids and family. Loved the private parking space and being close to the elevator. Enjoyed the communication with the host all the way through our arrival. This was very close to where we wanted to be staying and was quiet and clean. Good communication from the owner.

The main draw to this apartment is that it’s just about as convenient of a location as you can find. The property is 10 minutes from the John Wayne Airport and 10 minutes from Disneyland, so that alone is hard to beat. The apartment itself could be compared to a comfortable hotel room with a full kitchen. It’s clean and has underground, gated, assigned parking which is a huge plus. The king bed is incredibly comfortable and the loveseat is perfect for watching tv. James is extremely responsive and a very welcoming host. Overall, if we’re in the area again we’d stay here in a heartbeat!

This property was perfect for what we needed! My family and I came down to LA for a wedding. Sadly, the wedding was postponed due to COVID but we decided to stay for a little vacation instead. The property is exactly as advertised. No trouble accessing the apartment. I would have wanted the access instructions sooner than the night before my trip to calm my nerves while traveling but the property manager was very responsive to all my questions and that made me feel at ease. The one bedroom has a bed big enough for 2-3 people and the living room sofa can be made into an extra sleeping area for one person. It's clean and modern style with a full kitchen. The complex is nice as well. Tenants are not avid about wearing a mask for COVID but there are signs in the elevator and at the outside areas advising everyone to take precautions to be safe. Lastly, there is a reserved parking spot for this unit in the garage. The parking stalls are a bit more narrow than what I'm used to back at home and there is a pole next to you. The easiest way for my family to park our car was backing into the space & using our camera. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I returned to the area.

I stayed here with my girlfriend as we visited our parents in Orange County. This apartment is better than it looks in pictures and had a very comfortable vibe. James was very quick to respond with any questions we had, including informing us of the comfortable bedspread and sheets on the bed! I will definitely be staying here again if I am in the area.
