Extremely comfortable and cute

Was perfect for everything we wanted to see in Columbia.

This property is in an excellent proximity to Fort Jackson and the Basic Training Graduation events. We had 4 adults with us, with plenty of room. Keep in mind there is only one bathroom, but we could coordinate that just fine. Ryan was an excellent host and provided some very helpful tips. I would recommend this to others coming to SC for similar purposes.

We enjoyed our stay. The charming house was in a great location, and the homeowner gave great information. Little touches like coffee, creamer, oatmeal were so nice! Perfect for our long weekend.

We can't thank this awesome family for allowing us to spend time in their VRBO to attend our son's graduation at Fort Jackson.

We wanted a space we could hang out with family, cook, relax, just be together after our son graduated from Basic Training from fort Jackson, and our son definitely wanted to be OFF BASE! :) It was 7 min from the gate we checked in at for graduation and family day:) The house was clean, cute, very comfy couch, and the kitchen remodel is great:) I had to make a couple date changes and the manager was VERY quick, responsive and helpful! We highly recommend :)

It had all we needed. And they were responsive when the code did not work. The house is warm and inviting and right near everything. Trader joes 30 seconds away. Thanks Ryan!

The property was perfect for what we needed. We were celebrating my sons basic training graduation. The house had plenty of room for us, a full equipped kitchen, and patio grill. It was close to the base and walking distance to the grocery store. Thank you for making this a memorable weekend for our family!

Adorable house, well maintained. We checked in with ease and felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home for the ease and convenience of things needed and things to do. I would suggest to have coffee items available. Also the tub stopper does not stay up while taking a shower. Two very minor things that would not interfere with the enjoyment of the home.

We had a great time. The property was very close to Fort Jackson, restaurants and easy to get around. The house was very clean and stayed cool in the South Carolina heat. Great to have a cooler and chairs so we could have a picnic on family day. Thanks again!!

My mom and I had an amazing time visiting the area and staying at this property. The home is so nice and clean. The kitchen was beautiful and so nice to have since we had an infant with us! I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Check-in was very easy and the house was perfect for our weekend in Columbia. The kitchen and bathroom were both very modern and the rest of the house was great for hanging out.

This small house is comfortable for a family. Amazingly quiet street, yet walking distance to a Trader Joe’s, Lowes Foods and Bagel shop. An easy drive to downtown, and responsive property manager.

What a stay! House is very clean and really has everything you need! The cooler and folding chairs are great for family day and Graduation of the new soldiers. Having the availability to make treats and meals to bring to my Son was fantastic. While on a busy street, the house is quiet, so best of both worlds and being only Minutes from gate 4! Ryan was very quick to respond to all inquiries. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was very close to food, stores and easy to get to fort Jackson gate 4. Clean roomy comfortable and safe. The owner even provided me with chairs and a cooler to take to the base for family day so I could bring food and sit with our family and soldier. Would recommend for anyone going to visit their soldier at fort Jackson.

We were there to visit our son during his graduation from Basic. This house is in a great neighborhood, has plenty of restaurants, eateries, grocery stores, and a Walmart nearby. House is maybe a mile from Gate 2 into Fort Jackson. House itself had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, appliances worked great, covered parking if needed. We were concerned for maybe 60 seconds when we say all of the two-pronged outlets but eventually we found the adapters to show the home owner had thought ahead. Thank you for the great stay!

Thank you Ryan for sharing your home with me. Our family came to watch our son graduate from basic training at Fort Jackson. It was a proud moment full of mixed emotions both happy but also sad that our time with him ended so quickly. Coming back to a cozy home helped heal my soul. We loved the bedrooms and all the natural lights. We loved the shower and bathtub. It was perfect for a soak and a glass of wine. It was awesome to come home with a suit case full of clean clothes. This was my first stay with VBRO at Ryan made it perfect. We enjoyed the local restaurant Tombo. The atmosphere and Suzanne treated us like family.

Our son was graduating from Fort Jackson basic training. This property was in the perfect spot for attending ceremonies and restaurants. If we find ourselves in Columbia again we will hope to rebook this property again.

Very easy process all the way through, exactly as pictured. Perfectly located just minutes from Fort Jackson.

The house is exactly as titled - very charming bungalow. We were very impressed with the updates throughout - beautiful kitchen and bathroom. All fixtures, appliances and paint were clearly, recently updated. Adding to the charm was the basket of children’s books. I’d forgotten to bring books for my kids; however, I think they preferred the ‘new’ books to ours anyway. The location is great: convenient to the zoo/botanical gardens, parks, baseball field, Fort Jackson and everything downtown (very short drive to all). The immediate area has a number of good restaurants, grocery stores and a few boutique shops - all walkable with kids. We stayed for two nights and are already looking into booking our next stay!

This was the perfect spot for some old friends across the state to meet and catch up. Location was great for eating out even though we mainly enjoyed staying in and visiting!!!!

The house was very cute and clean. The house was in a very nice area and was located close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Very family friendly as well. I loved that they had every you need for your stay. The owner was very easy to get a hold of when needed as well.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the well-stocked kitchen. This is an older home, but the shower was great. The house was clean but smelled a little musty. I enjoyed connecting with old friends But I was quite nervous as I was told by the owner that if I didn’t follow the rules he had people who would tell him. It made me nervous and cast a unpleasant feel on my trip as a result. I’m a senior citizen & was offended by the threat.

The house was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night and access to get in and out was easy. I’m so glad that a friend told me about this place as I will be using it often in the future!

The home was within walking distance to our daughters home. We live in Arizona and like to come visit our daughter son in law and grandson. The location was perfect. convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.
