The location was convenient and I was comfortable. The host made sure all my needs were met and I was happy would use again. The neighbors were friendly.

The host was very responsive to question. The A/C stopped working the 2nd night but the host responded very quickly and it was back in working order the same day.

I stayed in the apartment for 14 days while I was visiting my daughter. Lu'o'ng was very attentive and responsive when we had a couple of small issues. The unit had everything we need and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised, comfortable and clean. Close to a great bbq place and easy to get everywhere. 20 min to downtown SanJose, 20 minutes to the mountains. Host was very supportive and communicative, always quick to reply - seemed like he never slept, because it didn't matter when I sent a message - he was immediate with his response.

We had a long stay at this apartment and we can recommend it without reservation. It is immaculately clean, with excellent beds. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a reserved off street parking spot is definitely a plusThe location is great whether you want to hike in the nearby hills, walk in quite neighborhoods, dine at good restaurants, or shop shop shop. Our communication with the host was always prompt and responsive.

The property was clean and well stocked. It was a bit hard for us to find. I recommend the property owner give more detailed instructions as when you enter the address into navigation, it takes you to a home, not to the apartments with the same address. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy.

I was in Los Gatos for a wedding. The place was adequate for our needs. Negatives: Floor needs a good cleaning; matching towels sets would look better; needs 100% cotton sheets to be more comfortable. Positive: Overall, place was pleasant and quiet with a parking stall.

This was my first time using Vrbo, and it was a great experience. Communication was clear and with quick responses. Location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood with lots of things to do nearby. Rooms were spacious and everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again!

First of all, this place was looked better than expected and was pretty spacious for our group of 8. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and great location near everything fun (Santana Row, Oakridge Mall, Hiking Trails, The Beach). The home is very clean and the rooms were spacious, especially the comfortable beds. It comes stocked with everything you need and the host gives you your privacy while maintaining great communication. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! My 23rd birthday was brought in the right way thanks to Mr. Ngyuen!

We relaxed overnight in this pleasant property before leaving San Jose on a morning flight. The location was safe and convenient, the property attractive and welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked, TV’s in each bedroom were appreciated, and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

I dont even know how to put this in words, lol. I vacation twice a yr in northern Cali to visit my kids and grandkids. This is the first time I rented an air b n b. My daughter and I went in on it together and when I say it was perfect, it was perfect. The place was so clean, it was comfy, it was safe, it was so quiet and peaceful, which is what you want when your away from home. Its literally 15 minutes from the San Jose airport and down the street from a park where I was able to take my grandaughter to play. We stayed during 4th of July and it was the best. The neighbors in the front did fireworks and we were able to watch them from the covered patio. The host was so awesome. I needed a bedrail guard since my grandaughter was going to share a bed with me, lol, I asked the host if he was able to accomodate that for me and he did. It worked perfect. My daughter and I put it together and my grandaughter had such a peaceful safe sleep, lol. This is definately going to be my home away from home twice a year. Its so close to my son and daughter. My daughter and I have named this property the safe house. We loved it and will be returning in fall for sure. There are snacks there for purchase which I think is so awesome, but we had brought our own so we put them away while we stayed and brought them back out when we packed up. It also helped my grandaughter from being tempted😅😅😅😅. Thank you so much for your hospitality and accommodating our needs. This place deserves like infinity stars, but I am only able to give 5, lol. If you come to the Bay Area, this is the place to stay. Its a perfect roommate floor plan and it was spacious for the 3 of us. Thank you again for your awesome hospitality.😁🙌🏽🎉🍾🥂

Simple 2 bedroom apartment with all necessities provided. Convenient neighborhood and parking.

We had a great time in California. We were able to check in earlier when we arrived to San Jose. The apartment was clean, very comfortable for my husband and our teenager daughter. It is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, we felt safe there as well. The host checked in with us in case we needed something. Have in mind that the washer and dryer are not in the apartment but they are located next door in a laundry room and be prepared with quarters to use the machines. I will still rented again the nice apartment if we go back to San Jose.

The apartment is in a lovely quiet area, and is not far from restaurants and stores. The place itself is a comfortable size, definitely not too small at all, and I had everything I needed for a short and relaxing stay. The host responded quickly and thoroughly, and I definitely had a great stay.

The host was great, he was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful. I would definitely stay at his property again.

The check in and check out process was one of the best. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner called me after check in to give recommendations and make sure everything is okay. There is a good amount of things to buy at the property such as coffees, cereals and Pringle’s to name a few for our convenience. The space itself was perfect for 2 people or 2 couples. Everything was clean and I felt safe. I plan to stay here again.

Not only is this a great property it is in a wonderful location. They put a lot of thought into this property to make it as comfortable as possible for the duration of our stay. The property was VERY clean. The check in and out process was very easy and the owners were always easy to get in contact with and had a prompt response. Highly recommended this property!

Everything was clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The unit is downstairs so you will hear the neighbors walking above you. If you are like me and like to sleep with several pillows, It would be a good idea to bring your own pillows. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.
