This corner unit was beautiful! From the view to the decor of the condo as well as seating. Would highly recommend staying here. Hoping to be back soon!

Wonderful unit in a very family friendly building/amenities. Elevators were fast and the lazy River and water slide were big hits for our kids. Super clean and comfortable. Will try and book again 100%.

"Talk about a Room with a View". Everything was wonderful & exactly as we'd hoped. This was a great retirement celebration with all my children & grandchildren. The Lazy River & Pool was a big hit for all. The Fitness Center was also well laid out & frequented often.

This condo went beyond meeting our expectations! Everything about it was perfect...the balcony was probably our favorite feature of the entire place and we spent a lot of time out there lounging on multiple seating options. The inside was pristine and absolutely beautiful. They even had books, games and movies available to use! Our only disappointment was with the size of the pools. But having such great beach access and such an amazing condo, we will definitely choose this one again next time we come to Orange Beach!!

The place was super clean and smelled brand new! We had tons of space for 8 adults and 3 children. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Highly recommend staying here! Side note about the fitness center, they have two huge sets of free weights for you to use along with everything else pictured on the listing. I wasn’t sure and couldn’t find anyone confirming in the reviews if there were free weights or not. Happy surprise!

We really enjoyed our stay. There is something for everyone to do on the property and the surrounding areas as well. The kids loved the Lazy River and water slide. The kitchen was well stocked which is a huge plus for our family as we all love to cook.

A beautiful property. Fantastic balcony. Comfortable furniture, great beds AND pillows. Nice to have an ice maker on the beach and a separate wine cooler. Great location to stores and restaurants. Plenty amenities. If there was any complaint at all would be the elevator.

We throughly enjoyed ourselves and the house was very clean and offered all the amenities needed. Three exceptions experienced… the toilet tissue paper was subpar 1-ply, really?? …and offering unsecured WiFi was a joke who does that these days and lastly the countertop blender’s gasket needs to be replaced… we had to use the small food processor to make frozen cocktails which was a pain.

We stayed at the condo for a week in early August. It was myself, my husband, his parents and his sister and her family including two teenage girls. The condo was absolutely perfect for 8 of us — plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. Can’t think of anything we needed that was not already provided, the owners truly thought of everything! The balcony was probably our favorite part of the unit — even in early August it was so pleasant to sit out there, relax and watch the ocean — many mornings we saw dolphins playing in the ocean which was fun for all of us! I would not hesitate to rent this unit again! A++++

The property was perfect for our large family. Condo complex is family friendly with a lot of kids running about.

We loved the condo. It was the perfect size for us. We were disappointed that the blender and food processor didn’t work. The elevators are a major problem. There are very long waits just to get on one. This will likely affect our decision to stay somewhere else next time. We were able to make great memories at Phoenix West II.

Our family would highly recommend staying at this property. The owner was great to work with and the property was clean and in excellent condition. Our family hopes we can return to this property again soon. Beautiful views and amenities.

This was such a beautiful place with stunning views and something for everybody. It was the PERFECT place to treat our kids and grandkids (ages 2-7) and make tons of memories—jumping waves in the ocean, building sandcastles on the beach, collecting shells, jumping into the pools, racing down the pool slide, relaxing in the lazy river, playing on the splash pad, warming up in the hot tub, and even kicking a beach ball around in one of the building’s enormous open areas as it stormed outside. The condo was very well equipped, even including a large beverage refrigerator and ice maker. Lots of pots and pans, crockpots, etc. (although we avoided using a couple of pans with badly scratched non-stick surfaces). And the master bedroom closet was large enough to set up a pack and play for the littlest one. This condo couldn’t have been a more perfect accommodation to fit our family. And squeaky clean, which was also a priority for us. Also, great sound insulation…aside from a couple loud claps of thunder, it was incredibly quiet. The views from the balcony were spectacular and offered a strong cooling breeze—we LOVED hanging out there to watch the daily storms roll in. And having covered parking in the 12-story parking garage was a huge bonus, especially with the heat and the storms. The only negative, as reflected in other reviews, was the elevators. There were just 6 elevators for a 30+ story building, and one was out of order the whole week we were there. And…they stopped on pretty much every floor. When moving in, the beach and pools were being cleared due to a storm. It took about 10-15 minutes to catch an elevator that had space for my cart full of all of our stuff…but we managed, and it actually became a source of laughter as the week went on.

Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants and entertainment for all ages in our group of 10. The unit was perfect for our stay, We had heard about the potential problems of such a large complex with 6 elevators, but we never had an issue waiting prolonged periods for an elevator. We will be looking to book again.

We had eight people for seven days and had plenty of space. The location is central to restaurants and entertainment. The amenities are fantastic.

The property was very nice and it was clean. Spacious. Biggest down fall is the building takes up most of the beach and not much room for your personal tents and chairs.

We loved staying in this property. All 8 of us had room to spread out. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities that are needed to have an easy and fun vacation. My children especially loved the karaoke machine. The ice machine and extra bar fridge made packing a cooler for the beach extremely easy. We plan to return to this unit next summer. It's location was perfect and close to our favorite restaurants. The entire condo facility is well maintained. The pool and lazy river were fun after a wonderful day on the beach!! I highly recommend this rental!!

Phoenix West II condo 2211 was fantastic! Everything from booking to checking out was a breeze. The condo was meticulously cleaned and very well stocked. The owner has made sure to think of everything! We had 7 very particular women in our party, and we were very satisfied with our stay. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Nicest place I have ever stayed through VRBO

This condo is very spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family vacation. Equipped beyond our expectations, however; some of the appliances (blender and Keurig) were not working correctly. Understandable with high turnover rate and usage. They did, thankfully, have a regular coffee pot which was not listed on the amenities. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Reviews we read about wait time for the elevators is accurate. Wouldn't have been as big of a deal if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic. Too crowded with lines and then most people without mask made us very uncomfortable and feeling unsafe. Other guest did not follow mask mandate in elevator nor respect the fact that we were 7 people in the elevator with mask but still piled in without theirs. Can't understand why a condo this nice and size would not have more elevators. Parking garage and the indoor hallways are a major bonus especially since it rained for most of our trip. The management let us use our rented chairs we had paid for the day before and only got to use 30 min. because it stormed the rest of the day. Very nice of them. The only real disappointment was the constant closing of the outdoor pool and lazy river. Seems as though the policy for the hotel is to close it if there is lighting within a 25 mile radius. In the heat of the summer that is pretty much every day several times a day. I could understand 10 miles maybe, but not 25! My adult children were so stoked about hanging out on the lazy river and our 18 mo. old grandbaby wanted to swim. Unfortunately, that didn't get to happen for the entire trip. Yes, that's how much they were closed. The two times they were open for max of 30 minutes, it was so crowded, we opted to keep our social distance and stayed away. Sooo disappointing! This was the main reason we chose to stay here instead of a beach house. The indoor pool was closed quite frequently as well, but even when it was open it was soooo crowded. It looked like a COVID breeding ground for sure. No thank you. Over all, we loved hanging out here. Beautiful condo, view, and facility. Very nice! Just don't get your hopes up for swimming.

The condo furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Supplies, condiments, kitchen appliances, pots, containers and everything you could want for preparing meals were beyond expectations. Mr Trahan even had beach chairs and umbrellas available for use I have rented from high end resorts and owned smaller condo and can say this unit and amenities are top notch. The one thing that presented a problem as soon as we got there was not being able to purchase the 4th parking pass we needed. That issue was solved immediately when walking in the unit and meeting the owner of the cleaning service. She immediately offered a parking space at her business off premise. She was gracious and showed me around the unit. This was really a great experience for my family.

This was an impromptu trip, but everything went very smoothly! Buddy always answered my emails in timely manner. Views were beautiful and condo spacious! The only thing that was not very pleasant was the sheets on all of beds were like sand paper. However. I’m sure this has something to do with COVID-19.
