We really liked staying at Luke's house in Knoxville. It was in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room and privacy. One day it was raining in the afternoon and we cozied up with books. It felt like home. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home. Very clean and the beds are super comfy. Great backyard!! Close to downtown and UT Knoxville. Highly recommend if you are in the Knoxville area.

It was the most well stocked kitchens that we have seen in a rental. Peaceful and convenient. We have a wonderful time visiting with family that we had not seen in years.

Pictures doesn't do this place justice. It's close enough to everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are quick to respond and provide a variety of items for you. My family and I had a wonderful time here and would return.

This rental is obviously in the exterior remodel phase, but the inside was very nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Unique decor and fixtures as well as wonderfully large windows and a big backyard area are a nice touch. Would recommend for families looking for a nicely laid out place to relax while traveling.

This was the first time using Vrbo and it met and exceeded my expectations. This property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was like being at home. Would highly recommend the property and Vrbo to others.

Nice decor and very comfortable. It is literally 10 min from downtown Knox but you wouldn’t know it when you get to the house. It is very residential with lots of beautiful trees and lush forrest surrounding the area. Big plus having the laundry available. Would come back!

We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights for our son’s engagement weekend. The home was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed to stay, cook meals, & get ready for weekend activities. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, as well as the iron/ironing board and steamer. Everything looked newly remodeled, including a beautiful kitchen & bathroom. The dining area is open to the office area and allowed us extra space to arrange our belongings & gifts, as well as get ready in front of the huge mirror. Living room furniture was comfortable & functional with a sleeper sofa. The bed was also very comfortable & the sheets were super soft. There is lots of closet space in the bedrooms & a huge deck with furniture. There is a tenant that lives downstairs. We only saw him once (when we arrived) and he was very pleasant. He told us to let him know if we needed anything during our stay. We did not hear any noise at all from downstairs apartment. The home is in a nice rural location with other ranch homes around it...but also close to stores, restaurants, and groceries (~8 min. away). The owner was quick to respond to any questions that I had...including what kind of coffee/filters to bring = the answer is KCups ;) We loved it here & hope to have a chance to stay again! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

It was ok. Nicely furnished but in a poor community. If you are staying in this house it's in the Southern end of Knoxville which is very low poverty so the neighborhood was erie. We should have stayed in North Knoxville but we didn't know the area too well before booking. We were 20 minutes from the zoo (which we thought the zoo was rundown and barely any animals out, we are spoiled with the Cleveland Zoo it's huge and beautiful). This house again was nicely decorated and we enjoyed being in the home it was just it's location. Would stay here again.

Every aspect of this listing was accurately portrayed, with excellent and timely communication from the owner, Luke. The location was ideal in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to any area of Knoxville you intend to visit or explore. We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend and stay if in the area again.
