I was so excited to try the Phoenix west 2. The room was just what we needed and the staff was very nice. However, do NOT put your beach items in there holding area that is for hotels guests only. Our entire beach wagon with life jacket and toys was stolen. There was a camera right where we parked it so I reported it to security. I don't even think that he ever looked it up. When asked about it, he said "there are just so many people that walk through there" Well, we gave the time frame and advised him of the exact camera that he needed to look at. Also, apparently they turn down the fridge, so it too 24-36 hours for it to cool enough for milk and other refrigerated items. Finally, do not try to attempt he elevators during peak times. You will be waiting 15-20 minutes just to get to your room. There are not enough elevators for the amount of people. We made the best of it and enjoyed our room, but I will probably not stay at the Phoenoix West 2 again.

Bedrooms are spacious and having 4 full bathrooms is a plus! We enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony with our amazing ocean view. The elevator situation was a bit of a challenge...sometimes the wait was 30 minutes or longer. We ended up catching any elevator that had room for us and riding until we could get to our floor. Despite elevator difficulties we would definitely choose 2906 again. Fantastic condo!

This property was exactly as listed with accurate pictures and descriptions. The condo is spacious and comfortable and provides everything you’d need for a relaxing beach vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It had more than we needed, and everything was set to make it feel like our home. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the ease of getting to the beach was perfect. I recommend this location to anyone going to Orange Beach. We plan to rent this same condo next year because of how perfect it was.

As always, one is always concerned when booking condos they have not seen in person. This condo was Spot On! The pictures depict the condo perfectly. Very clean, great amenities. Perfect location for everything you want to see and do. Definitely would recommend. Already booked for next season!! Can't wait.

This was a great unit with everything that you could possibly need. Very comfy for everyone. The only complaint is checking in. Getting a cart(s) and then an elevator was horrible. I recommend a late evening check in!!

The condo was beautiful and clean! Check in was easy. Internet was good. Favorite restaurant was Fisherman's Corner in Pensacola - outstanding food. Would stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience overall. There were some cleanliness issues. But we cleaned and it was good. The internet made it really hard. But again overall great time

Biggest complaint was with the elevator, this property needs more!

The unit was beautiful! I loved the layout and the interior design! It felt like home away from home. The owner provided everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen - even a Keurig coffee maker! So easy and convenient. It was also very clean! And the view was amazing! We will definitely visit again!

We went as a family to get away during Spring Break. The accommodations were superb, clean and the view was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again.

My family had a WONDERFUL time staying in #2906! The condo was huge for my family of 4! It is fully stocked with everything you would need to have a very comfortable stay. The entire condo was very clean when we arrived. There are wonderful bonuses like a full size washer and dryer, ice machine, mini wine fridge and lots of great family games! All of the beds were very comfortable. The facilities were still working on the waterslide and lazy river so we were unable to use those but both pools were open and there is an amazing beach to spend your day on! Ike’s chair rentals on the beach were very convenient so we knew we had a reserved spot for all of our days on the beach. We will for sure come back to Orange Beach and try to stay in #2906. It was a perfect Spring Break vacay for my family!

After a rough year, our time at 2906 Phoenix West Beach II was just the thing we needed. We will be requesting this unit again for any future stays at Phoenix West Beach II

We saw dolphins swimming multiple times a day and loved the location! Only a few minutes from Gulf Shores and not to far from everything in Orange Beach!

While the condo itself was beautiful; it was not clean and did not have basic supplies. Upon arrival, we did not have toilet paper or paper towels. Dirty sheets were on the couch pull outs and dirty blankets in the closet. Was told by manager that if we thought the sheets and blankets were dirty that we could wash them. Grease left in oven and smoked when we cooked. Left over wine and beer caps found in unit. 29th floor- took forever to get to beach. Long wait and lines to get on elevators.
