Just stayed here one night. It was clean and very fairly priced. Much nicer than staying in a hotel for a similar price.

The accommodations and the host were all that we hoped they would be.

Property was clean. Owner left lights on and heat so that it was comfortable when arriving. Arrived in the wee hours of the morning, and was happy that everything was in good condition and ready to use.

VeeAnn was absolutely amazing. Her rental is adorable. We were so happy when we walked in. She took time to write a little note for us on a white board. There were waters and some snacks left for us as well.
We had just came from another rental that was a struggle to stay in, so seeing how nice this rental was made us extremely happy. Only stayed for one night, but WILL 100% come back and stay again.

My daughter and I stayed in Spokane for a birthday weekend. It was perfectly cute, clean, and comfortable. Much better than a stay in a hotel. We will stay again if there is an opportunity to visit Spokane in the future.

Loved being in a nice neighborhood and the proximity to city center. Also the walking trail to the arboretum every day was a treat. Last, but not least, VeeAnn is the best host ever!!!

Great communication by the property manager. Great location near many golf courses. We hope to stay again next year.

Had a wonderful time at this location. Super quick drive to the Spokane convention center but far enough from busy roads to be nice and quiet. Host was great with providing all the info we needed. Great!

I have to start by complimenting VeeAnn on her great communication and for being so helpful with a number of different requests I had before our arrival. She made everything about our reservation and our stay completely easy. We also really liked the property--the location worked well for our visit, which was a volleyball tournament at the convention center. My daughter and I were both very happy being there. And it was *super* clean! Thanks so much VeeAnn!

A great little place to stay while visiting the Spokane area. Very close to the airport and downtown area. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the accommodations very clean and the host was easy to communicate with and provided all of the basic amenities for the duration of our stay. We will definitely consider returning and staying here again.

Good communication from owner. Spacious. We enjoy walking in the area and especially in the very near Finch Arboretum. The property is quite near the freeway, which produces a steady hum. The owner will try to re-wire the bathroom ventilation fan so that it does not run continuously.

The property was just perfect in a great location just minutes to the riverfront.. I will definitely book again if back to Spokane in the future!! Spokane didn’t disappoint, it’s a cool place to visit!!

This is a cute little duplex. It is small though. Very well equipped and furnished. Needs a place to put clothes away an/or for a suitcase. The owner is very nice and super easy to work with.
