Once you step outside to the back of the house, it takes your breath away: mountains and lake views are absolutely beautiful. House is situated at the dead end of the lake where there is a small waterfall park with many different birds congregating. Short walk passed the waterfall there is a trail to the mountains. I watched my husband and grandkids climbing the mountain from the patio. At night you see boats passing by, reflection of holiday lights in the water, just lovely. Pontoon boat was a highlight of our stay. Fun for kids and adults alike. About the house: it is a nice house, true to description and pictures. There is a glass top coffee table and some decorations around the house that present some challenge for family with young kids. Pool: well heated almost as infinity pool with the lake on the background. We absolutely loved our stay.

Great home, clean and very well stocked, true to the photos. A great retreat with a pool and a nice lake/mountain view. Hiccups we experienced along the way were primarily related to communication with property manager and resolved with the host. Enjoy your stay!

Beautiful comfy home, perfect family vacation! Traveled with my parents and young adult children for niece graduation, perfect amount of room and space for us all. Kristine was super responsive to any questions we had and left us yummy treats and drinks when we arrived, including Xmas lights and music playing for us. Great level of fine details. Would definitely stay again!

Nice large home

What an adorable house! Stayed the weekend with friends and we were pleasantly surprised how clean and nice it was! They even left us snacks and water and ice! The home is very well taken care of! We spent the weekend hanging in the pool which had all amenities for pool as well! House had all things we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great experience

Beautiful house that looks as good in person as it does in the pictures (which is not always the case). Well equipped home that contains everything you should need to have a relaxing stay. The lake and electric pontoon boat are a bonus.

Loved the pool boat and condo. Master bed very comfy. Neighbors very friendly and I am a runner so great neighborhood to do my daily morning run. The view with a cup of coffee and breakfast beautiful!! Thank you Kristine for all of your help and quick responses. Thank you for the lovely basket of goodies very nice surprise. We loved our stay!

Everything provided. Nice welcome basket. Clean. Beds comfortable. Stayed for baseball tournaments but had mini vacation instead. The view. The pool. Wonderful.

Great house. Very clean. Great location. Close to Midwestern University. Snacks and drinks being there on arrival was an excellent touch. Owner response was great early in the process but failed to send me arrival info.

We plan to stay again

We stayed here on the last leg of our trip. We had everything we needed. The property is as described and the property manager was very responsive. I would recommend a welcome manual so you know how to operate the boat. the pool vacuum, what to do with the trash, are there "quiet" hours in the complex, recommended restaurants or menus from area restaurants, etc. The master shower was open and took a bit to figure out how to operate. The water stayed in the shower and the water pressure was good. The property was clean and well kept. I would recommend staying here. Thanks!

Love that it's small and 1 story. Great view, everything works easily!! Needs a few changes... like a different master shower. Right now it's wide open with no clue

We loved going on the boat, especially looking at the holiday lights on the lake. We really appreciated the extra touch of white bathrobes for every guest and bringing over a pack n play when needed within minutes. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The weather was cool in the 50s, unfortunately the heated pool was still too chilly to enjoy. The property manager responded quickly to questions. Will definitely come again.

We recently stayed during the USA baseball tournament and it was the perfect spot! Close enough to fields but a great place to escape the heat. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We will be back!

The owners were very responsive, the property was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was centrally located and easy to access. The house was modern and well cared for. The furniture was not super comfy for lounging but the beds were comfy. We'll definitely be back.

"Modern Luxury on the Lakes" is a perfect description of our stay. The house is exactly as gorgeous as pictured but the photos do not do justice to the view of the lake (especially from the boat at sunset!). The yard gets full sun from sunrise to sunset and is the most relaxing place to spend the day. Although my wife and I enjoyed having a week to ourselves, the layout of the house would make it perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are separated by the living area. A strip mall with groceries, fast food, gas and coffee is less than a five minute drive through a beautiful neighborhood. I would absolutely stay again without hesitation!

Great vacation! House was awesome....clean, spacious and perfect location! Not too far from the Scottsdale area but far enough to be away from the traffic/crowds of Scottsdale. Neighborhood is quite and safe. Lake is great and super relaxing...extra bonus with having that boat to use! We have rented many houses in many cities and this one was by far one of our favorites!!

The home was laid out very well and suited our needs. Centrally located in terms of the spring training games we wanted to see.

We had a nice stay at the property and the hosts were very responsive. The boat and pool were a bit problematic. The boat battery wasn’t working, and the pool was chillier then anticipated during our time. The weather wasn’t fantastic so it wasn’t entirely within our hands, but the pool cover was pilled in a bunch and dirty so we couldn’t use it, maybe it would have helped keep it warmer? Despite those issues the property is lovely and hosts responsive in sending help on issues we incurred. My only other suggestion would be to have a binder for the house with general info, heating, cooling, how to use boat, stuff in the area etc.thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. Grateful for the gift basket of snacks, beer & coffee for the morning. Management was very responsive to questions and checking in to see if we needed anything - even offered late check out when they learned our flight was leaving late. Beds are very comfortable. Wish it would've been warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool!
