I loved the full kitchen and with appliances and dinnerware with a big family being able to prepare meals was important, each room has an air conditioner! Spectacular view, beach and pool.

We got there early and had to wait in the lobby for about 4 hours which usually would not be an issue but lord it was so hot. No AC in the lobby or gym so expect that. The room was nice and spacious. We had a but of a struggle as there was no dishsoap, and half a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. When i reached out to let them know they did not give us enough I was told it was not a hotel. But to begin with the started pack given was half used…. We ended up buying cleaning dishsoap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towel. Trash bags were also nowhere to be found which was annoying since we had already grocery shopped and honestly did not feel like house/grocery shopping while on vacation. I’d definitely recommend keeping it stocked and charging people extra vs not having anything available or barely anything. Pool was really beautiful. This place is a bit farther (about 10 minutes out) then most of the touristy areas so I recommend having a car especially since its gated and they recognize the car, etc. just is easier to have your own car.

Ocean view and well-kept gym and wet areas. The building is a bit outdated but comfortable. We felt safe the entire week.

We stayed in 3C and had the most wonderful time. Cancun is safe, clean and quiet.

This place is perfect for the traveler that wants to not be smack in the middle of ‘tourist’ land but close by! The condo is beautiful, ocean right outside!! Very clean, comfortable, private!! The staff are kind and helpful! We felt safe and peaceful!! Will definitely go back!!

This property is a dream come true! We only had 3 guests but this place could comfortable sleep 6 with plenty of space! The entire home is updated and the view is to die for. There is pool access, gym access and beach access that has awesome hammocks! My favorite part was the security. You cannot access this building without being let in by a guard who has a copy of your ID and knows you are a guest! $30-$40 USD will get you anywhere you need to go for dinners and entertainment! Jeje and Armando were 10/10. They organized drivers, a nurse to come to our place to do a Covid test, assistance in working some of the technology in the home and even how to order a pizza! I would not even think about staying anywhere else!

Very quiet and private - off the "Hotel Row", condo was spacious, well appointed (all appliances incl washer/dryer), secure, had a very nice fitness room, plenty of public areas, its own private beach. It is perfect for a vacationer who has a car, has planned his/her own itinerary and needs a central base to operate from, 5 gallons of purified water is provided

I loved everything about it. The rooms were nice and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The views were gorgeous. The manager helped us with reliable info on transportation and covid19 test, I al more than pleased with out stay. Will be staying here again.

Torre Peninsula is a beautiful property and the condo was very nice! The kitchen was definitely fully stocked with everything you could think to need. The rooms and bathrooms were all nice and roomy. The balcony had great views, the beach area was so relaxing and the pool was amazing! We basically had it to ourselves our entire week long trip. I would definitely recommend staying at Torre Peninsula while in Cancun!

The apartment is fully equipped and the pool was ours almost excusively. It was perfect, especially in this pandemic. No crowds at all. Armando was so helpful; he gave us all the information that we needed and even suggested some places to go. The beach is peaceful but has algae. We had the opportunity to see a baby turtle make its way out to the ocean (a great experience).

It was my first trip to Cancun. My friends and i speak a little Spanish but not much and we had a great time! The view was spectacular. The service in the building was great as well. Everybody is so helpful that not speaking Spanish that well wasn’t a problem. We felt safe the entire time and that was because of how open and great with communication Armando was. We have already booked another trip to Cancun and plan on staying here annually. We absolutely loved it !!!

It was just great to relax as if you are in the comfort of your own home, and have all of the ocean as your backyard. Beautiful ocean views and great swimming pool, that if you take pictures from the right angles, it looks as if the ocean was a part of it. As far as space goes, it’s just perfect with 3 bedrooms and each with its individual full bathroom. I love my privacy and it’s just as if I was in my own home. All of the appliances are new, including the smart TV…that it was great to enjoy the NBA playoffs with nice fresh cooked meals all the time. Definitely recommend it and I am sure that it will not be the last time that we will stay in one of their many locations in the Cancun hotel zone. The price is very affordable and therefore, you can beat the deal nor the experience.

Armando was fantastic at checking with us to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and very nice. We had quite a few activities so we did not get to use the pool but it also appeared clean and well kept. I will say that during our June stay there was a lot of seaweed washed up on the shore. It was bad enough that we couldn't reach the water. The maintenance crew seemed to be out there frequently trying to clean it up but it seemed like a losing battle. Maybe the time of year. Anyway, we had a great time during our stay, always felt safe and staff went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here and even tried to extend our trip but unfortunately it was booked after us. The condo is more than comfortable with everything you need- big rooms with nice beds, bathrooms for each bedroom, laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, awesome fast WiFi (we work remotely), great pool, beautiful lobby, and a really nice gym (which we loved using, sometimes 2x a day!). The building is gated and very secure and we felt completely safe. The staff were all wonderful, we had perfect communication with the host Armando, and Azael the property manager was so kind and available for everything we needed. We chose this location because it is a bit off the main hotel zone in Cancun but close enough to drive in (or take a taxi). This also helps keep it affordable-but keep in mind buses don’t quite make it here so you’ll have to taxi up to the first (last) stop for buses at The Westin. Also we were a little bummed the beach was covered in algae & seaweed which was a bit stinky at times (although they are constantly working on clearing it). We asked staff about it and they said it was seasonal. We didn’t go in the ocean at all from the condo but used the beautiful pool everyday (you should see our tans!) and drove up to Playa Langosta or Playa Tortuga to swim with the kids. The view of the water from the condo is stunning and we were lucky enough to be here during a full moon, which illuminated the sea at night and was a really lovely bonus. Highly recommend this condo.

The staff and our host Armando were SO helpful and made our stay perfect. The condo is very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only disappointment was the beach. It is in a very natural state, rocky and seaweed. This was fine because the pool was great but if you are looking for a swim in the ocean this might not fit the bill. We found a great beach club to get our ocean fix and had a fantastic stay here overall!

Not only was the apartment beautiful 😍we had so much fun in the heated pool and with the gates locked it felt like a private home. But what really stood out was the service provided by our apartment manager he went above and beyond to help us with any inquiries we had like scheduling a covid test, and extending our stay. I surely appreciate it 🙏

Everything went as smoothly as possible! We had a group of 7 and this place was perfect for us.

Muy ilusionado viaje a esta propiedad en Cancun, con la sorpresa a mi llegada el edificio estaba en remodelacion y a mi no se me notifico, el edificio lleno de trabajadores, polvo, ruidos, elevador lo hicieron para trabajadores, creo que No es honesto por parte de Vacassa que no le avise y cuando les marco a reclamar me dicen que me salga y me regresan mi dinero en 8 dias, y mi pregunta que hago yo un 24 de Diciembre con mi familia sin hotel donde llegar, pues ni modo me tu e que quedar y malpasar mis vacaciones, definitivamente NO RECOMIENDO VACASSA por deshonestos y no ayudarme a resolver mi problema
