Three generations of family had a wonderful time here, plenty of room, excellent location, near the beach, restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the pool, kids were in it morning and night! Would definitely rent here again!

We very much enjoyed our annual St Augustine visit at this property. The proximity to the beach, pool with full sun and ample seating, and walkability to restaurants/shops/bars could not be beat. The property was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with one shower not draining properly, however, there were plenty other showers to use. The kitchens were decently stocked with cookware if one was staying in to dine. The grill worked perfectly! Our one “complaint” was that the mattresses were pretty thin/firm. The ease of booking and host were wonderful. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in St Augustine beach.

Seascape is perfectly located less than a block from the beach. It was a perfect size for our family of seven and our two dogs. House was clean and well stocked. Pool is really nice too!

Our party of 11 enjoyed our stay at the Seascape Beach Retreat. The beaches were gorgeous, the pool was perfect for evening or night swimming and the neighborhood was alive with activity, then as soon as we shut the doors, we were in a sweet oasis of relaxation. We would definitely come again.

Was told trash pickup was on Monday. Didn’t come until Thursday. No cable T V. Apparently a storm friedTV and Cable box prior to our arrival A new TV was brought in after we arrived. Was told cable would be hooked up next day. TV got connected with no Cable. Was told would be back with cable box. Never happened. Diluted hand soap was left in bathroom. Upstairs dryer was broken

Wonderful property! We loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Very clean!! Had a couple of minor concerns that were immediately taken care of. Loved our time at St. Augustine Beach!

Wonderful location and the pool was a lifesaver. Great communication with manager, very prompt. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses.

The house was beautiful and at a great location with both the beach and multiple restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable, with wonderful porches and a great heated pool. A wonderful experience would definitely stay here again!

We rented Seascape 1 &2 for 6 people. We had plenty of room. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and we loved the pool in the back yard! Would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing time at the St. Augustine Beach house. The place was spacious, clean, located in perfect spot and management was very very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be looking to come back!

Perfect location, great property, close to the ocean! We enjoyed the pool, neighborhood restaurants and shop, lots of beach time, and the quick drive into historic St. Augustine. Definitely would stay there again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. With four adult couples traveling together it can be difficult to find a home that accommodates with bed types and number of bathrooms and this house did exactly house. On the same block as the beach, everything in the house is brand new and super clean exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend to any family looking to rent in the St. Augustine area!

My stay at this condo and experience with iTrip was wonderful! We stayed there with several other families and all enjoyed our time both relaxing at the condo and on beach. It was very close to the beach, which was really nice. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the iTrip management. I would definitely book through them again!

Great place. Updated appliances and amenities. Very close to beach and the pool was relaxing after day at the beach. We will be back. Owners very responsive to a wasp nest that was pool side. They had it taken care of immediately. This is a great duplex for two families on vacation.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed property. The pool area was nice and the short walk to the beach was perfect. It was also nice to be able to walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Overall a good rental. There’s not really a yard to mow, but visually could have benefited with attention to weeds around the property….would help with aesthetics. There was a issue with the water being shut off earlier in the week in the top floor unit. Upsetting initially but was resolved and turned back on within a couple of hours.

It was easy to book, and I received numerous reminders of dates, activities, etc. I would definitely do it again.

This was our second trip to seascape. Our family of 6 plus our golden doodle rented the entire house and loved every minute of it. The house is well kept and extremely clean!!! The homeowner is responsive and thought of everything to make for an enjoyable stay. They even added and lovely pool since our last visit. The House is an easy walk to beach, and many great restaurants. I highly recommend and look forward to returning..

We were initially attracted to this unique property because of the convenient location and because it could accommodate three generations for a family wedding in St. Augustine. The unit was freshly painted and had a happy, relaxed, Florida vibe. The four, updated bathrooms were great for wedding preparations. One could not ask for a better location! The beach was footsteps away and we took daily walks to enjoy the excellent weather and watch the surfers. There were so many delicious, casual restaurants nearby we seldom cooked anything more complicated than breakfast, but the kitchen appliances were clean, new and easy to use. With such perfect weather, we enjoyed dining al fresco adjacent to the new private pool. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. It is a great addition to your home. Thank you for sharing your comfortable property with us for the week! We truly enjoyed the "Vitamin Sea" to help us get through winter.
