The reception cooperates very good,the rooms,the variety and the taste of the food. My 3 years old ate very well.

The animation team could struggle a little more. The beach beds occupied by external people.low variety in the snachs just donots and horrible 🍕.

A splendid and isolated hotel on the beach, with everything you need for a nice and relaxing holliday, especially if you travel with family. Less crowded private beach, good and various food, spacious and clean rooms, disponibility of free parking. Just enjoy all-inclusive.

A good wine is desirabile (after my taste) just to be in order with the good quality of food.

For a family with small children is perfect, being somewhat distanced from the busy/noisy centre. Had kids pool, playground and kids disco every night. And beach is right in front of hotel, with free sunbeds and straw umbrellas. We had a problem with the room facing the pool, as it was difficult for my kid to fall asleep during disco nights (music until 11pm), and the 2nd day we had help from reception to change the room to a quieter area of the hotel, no costs incurred- that was really helpful and indeed 4* service. Food was good and diverse, could satisfy every need. Rooms are clean and get arranged every day.

Improvement suggestions, not really dislikes: a bar on the beachfront would make it easier to get drinks; and having fruits at the snack bar between main meals, as a healthy option :)

The room was very nice, especialy terrace with the view to the sea and mountains, though I suppose we received this exclusive room as an excuse for the hotels names confusion. What I would like to admit - very friendly, nice and helpful employees. A separate big thanks and gratitude is to the owner of the hotel Mr.Avramov who was able to solve almost any problem immediately, sacrificing his own comfort. The territory and swimming pool are very nice and clean with preserved nature around, arranged in a beautiful way. Hotel has its private beach in max 50 m from it with an easy and comfortable access. Inspite of the minuses which I described as well the general impression is very good, I would go there again with a great pleasure (on condition I will stay at the same room :) and can recommend the hotel as a very good one.

There appear two hotels in Booking.com (Royal Beach Sands and Blue Beach Sands) with different prices (Royal Beach Sands is more expensive) but actually there is only one hotel there - Marina Beach. That was the greatest disappoinment from the very beginning which influenced a lot the rest of staying there. Booking.com/owner (?) must stop lying and advertise a real hotel with a real name. The hotel must make investment to the road from Obzor to the location where it's situated as it's really bad. The second investment must be made to pillows. The pillows at the hotel are terrible. The quality of juice and coffe is also terrible, though I suppose it's a common problem of "all inclusive" in Bulgaria. The beach has problems as well: the entrance to the water is cut off from high level to down quite significant, it's full of big stones, the sand is so soft that feet go deep inside. My advice is to go 100-200 m to the left and try with other hotels beach.
