Really good location, close enough to beach. House was very clean with everything you need for a short break.

The bed we slept in was rather squeaky, everytime my partner moved or turned over in bed it woke me up!! The shower door came off its rails a couple of times also. Apart from that very comfortable stay.

The cottage was excellent, super clean, warm and comfy. Everything you required in the kitchen, even tea bags coffee and sugar. The whole experience was Brillant. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Could do with the beds upgraded to king size and a little more attention to detail cleaning wise.

We stayed at Beach cottage to visit the Lytham festival. It was accessible via a short train journey. Perfect location as it wasn’t as busy as Lytham.

The location was amazing. 5 mins from the beach and shops, bars restaurants all really near.

the location is great once we knew we could go through small gate and then through the little ally to get to sea front which saved walking around from the back also where the bins are. the cottage was fabulous they even provided a cot it felt home from home everything was close by so no need to drive once there

very spacious for a family of 5 with 2 dogs! location was brilliant with the short cut through the courtyard to the beach front!

maybe more heaters during winter, although we did stay during the storm, but I wouldn’t mark the property down because of it.

Location is great. It’s quiet and convenient. Shower reasonably good. There’s a good hair dryer.

Wash basin in bathroom didn’t have hot water - even though I ran it for ages. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work.

Lovely stay at beach cottage. Well placed, lots of key bits. So quiet thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Hopefully they will have us back

Would have liked some more local info e.g. how to get to beach rather than walk road. Only a very minor issue as we found next day in daylight.
