This unfortunate situation led to a significant loss of sleep, and it seemed that the hotel staff were not adequately addressing the matter. However, I believe it is crucial for the hotel staff to promptly and effectively handle noise-related incidents to ensure a satisfactory experience for everyone. I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and implement measures to address noise disturbances in a more proactive manner. By doing so, you can significantly enhance the overall guest experience and ensure a tranquil atmosphere within the premises.
