The rental property was very nice and upmost clean clean with all the features that anyone would need and feel at ease in a private house beach.

The online description indicates that there is a pool and bar. We stayed for five days and the bar was never open and the pool was under construction and has been for some time. The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The half bathroom was quite small even for a child. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only real downside was no pool and no bar.

It was a four day stay with family and fiends and we had a great time exploring, enjoying Carolina and Isla Verde’s day/ night life. We enjoyed the apartment because it was clean, cool, and comfortable. The parking spot was a perfect perk. The staff and security were helpful and easily accessible. The host was reachable and gracious and helpful. Would love to stay there again!

The owner was very communicative and responsive. However during our stay the pool was out of service and allegedly had been for a couple of years. The small bathroom and shower was extremely tight and a larger male would not fit. The hot water heater was messing up so there were cold showers every day. I notified the owner but someone could only come out during hours in which we had excursions planned. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the place had a mildew smell.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. No complaints. Easy access to the beach. Check in process was simple and you did not need multiple key fobs to get in inside the unit. This was helpful when our party would split up for an evening. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
Only downside, and not the unit owners fault whatsoever, the front desk staff told us the pool has been closed for two years. If having a pool is important to you, this may not be the rental for you.

Property location was near to stores, restaurants, etc. that was a plus. However the advertising said ocean front, this was the reason we selected this condo. However, the condo wasn't ocean front, but ocean view. This advertisement needs to be amended to state the truth so that people don't pay for what they don't get. Thanks, three senior ladies on a girl's get away.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very centrally located and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend.

Property was clean and comfortable. I slept in the "master bedroom" in which the bed was extremely comfortable as well. We didn't spend much time inside but when we did it was worth it. We literally had back yard access to the beach which held some excursions. It was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and quite comfortable for our family (2 adults' 1 kiddo). The building itself is on the older side but its location and the direct access to the beach cannot be beat. There are lots of restaurants (though nothing spectacular- we had better luck in Condado) and a grocery store within walking distance. Ismenia was a great host; providing relevant information and responding quickly to messages. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Host was very quick to answer any questions . Beach was super close restaurants were close casino next door ! Home was beautiful and well equipped with whatever we needed …. The coffee pot gave me fits but no worries !!!

Ismenia is a gracious host who provides you with above and beyond care. The apartment has everything you need and more. It’s spacious and comfortable especially the beds and sofa. It’s right on the beach and near several restaurants. Would love to stay here every few months if I could. Thank you Ismenia.

Condo was in a perfect location w a private beach. Comfortable beds and stay. Pool was still not in operation after 6 months and the restaurant and shop not open . Seems like needed renovations being done . Overall it was very nice

Our family loved staying here. The apartment was beautiful, bright, clean and very spacious! Everything was perfect about it!

I had an excellent stay! The place was so clean with all the necessary appliances. Super clean I fell like I was home. The front view wasnt totally in front but it didn’t matter, because we were out most of the time. I definitely will come back to the same place again. I found my spot and this is a place that you won’t be sorry to spend the money and is on the perfect spot!! Thank you

Beautiful home
This home was very clean. We had a problem with ants and the owner sent some one over to assist, she was very responsive with everything we needed. It's right on the beach, parking was provided, and it's near all the major attractions.

The location was very convenient to the beach other shops, restaurants, bars and airport etc. I felt like the building was old and could use some upgrades. Also the pool should open later than 6pm. Overall, for the price, I'm pleased with the decision to reside here during my stay. Ismenia was quick with replying to questions.
