Excellent location from Balcony superior view room. Sufficient room size for 3 people stay. Comfortable stay.

Hotel location was good but hotel was not maintained properly. Rooms and washrooms were not fully cleaned. Also sometimes water problem is there. Apart from that the staffs were good.

Hotel cleanliness should be their main priority. And fulfilling the basic needs like water supply should be Also considered.

The food and the scenic view from the balcony of our room was excellent. Staff boys were very helpful and we'll mannered.

A little bit parking problem which at a point can be ignored. Not suitable for old age people because you have to walk to reach the hotel.

Although the hotel location was fine but far from city.

ill mannered and inefficient staff . nothing was organised . despite calling multiple times no mattress was gives there wasn’t any water in the washrooms and nobody was there at the reception to respond

Rooms are very small for couple. Totally different from pictures. No fan/Ac in room apart from balcony one.

Hotel is situated in remote type area.Food is pathetic. They don't know meaning of hospitality. Rude staff. Charges for food is very high. Most importantly too reach hotel with your luggage from bus stand people charge 800 bucks. On checkout they don't provide any vehicle or any support. Not worth your money.

Staff made an effort to attend our request: to prepare breakfast early one morning. Food was good. The view from the reception to the mountains was amazing.

I wouldn't say it's a three star hotel. The staff seem unfocused, and the manager was never seen during our stay. On our last day the reception desk was unattended for such a long time, and even when we found someone on the kitchen to ask for help, he answered a call on his phone instead of coming to the reception. Installations were sloppy and not clean: the common stairs, the common toilet and our room toilet were dirty, and there were always towels and sheets on the sofa next to the reception desk. Our room had a view to the mountains but could not enjoy it since people keep passing by so we couldn't get any privacy.

The View,.... view from this hotel is beautifull. U will fell in love with one glimpse from the hotal balcony. Second food was good. taste wise good and rate wise reasonable. Bathroom was clean.

Only thing that bother me was the repair work was going on. Some disturbance.

Breakfast included in the package but only limited options from the menu are available which together doesnt worth for what uve already paid..Better go without breakfast option and order from the menu directly

Our room is assigned immediately after checkout by someothers ..they didnt change the bedsheet and comforter..Room is not mopped..Took room on the top floor where view is just extraordinary which made me adjust to all these
