The house was even nicer in person. Had everything you needed and more. Amazing community...really don't even need to leave. Perfect location-close to Fenwick Island and beaches. Host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. We will be back!

Great house down to the fine details. Has everything you would need for a trip to the beach as well as bikes for all ages and more. Great host and communication. Lots of activities close by all in the Bayside community. Our family really liked the area and will definitely come back again.

If you’re considering booking a stay at this spacious house, don’t hesitate. The pictures are quite accurate. When we arrived, the place was spotless, and we were greeted with a welcome basket that included a very nice bottle of wine! To keep it brief, here are some of the pros: -very clean -very nicely decorated, comfy couches, large dining table, spacious and very well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable mattresses -plenty of TVs, games, toys and video games to keep the grandkids occupied at night -linens were quite good and the towels were surprisingly fluffy, given that many linen services we’ve used give you something just short of sandpaper -lots of beach chairs and toys, kids and adult bikes, Weber gas grill -AC kept us nice and cool -quiet neighborhood -located within walking distance of pools, tennis and pickle ball courts -I could go on and on Cons: hmmm…the game “operation” was missing the funny bone and Adam’s apple 😆 Overall, Bayside is a great community and, in the future, we would gladly choose it over Sea Colony in Bethany Beach. It’s much less congested, has excellent facilities (don’t forget to go kayaking), daily activities for kids and adults, 38 Degrees (a very nice place to get a light dinner with or without the kids) and is a very simple 10 minute or so ride to the beach (we had no problem getting street parking within one block of the beach entrance we chose on 145th street (thanks for the tip, Nadine). Book your stay and enjoy a great vacation.

Our stay was for a long weekend get-away with family: 5 adults, 5 small children (ages 1-8). House had plenty of room for all, was in great condition, and had a ton of fun things there for the kids (bikes, a stroller, movies, games, beach things). The added Bayside resort area amenities were well worth it for us (we utilized: pools, crabbing, and kayaking with the kids). Owner (Nadine) was very quick with responses and handled a plumbing issue immediately that arose. Would highly recommend & would return here again without a doubt!

I must say this property is the favorite property I've ever booked on VRBO. It is an amazing setup for 3 families and nice and large for children between the ages of 3-9. Amazing home, amazing communication, CLEAN. I can't rave enough about this home.

This house was great for our family vacation. It was in good condition and had enough room for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. We paid for the amenity passes and we’re able to enjoy all that this great community has to offer (indoor and outdoor pools, gym, tennis courts, etc.). Nadine was a great host and responded quickly to messages and questions. I would definitely consider staying at this home again.

Nadine's house was an excellent place to stay for our Fenwick vacation. The house was large with plenty of space for our two families of four, including four boys ages 7-13. The beds and furniture were comfortable, every room had a smart TV, and anything you could ever need on a beach vacation was already there. Want to go crabbing? There was a crabbing basket in the garage. Need mallets to crack crabs? Plenty in the drawer. Beach chairs and bikes? Check. Nice Weber grill if you want to grill some steaks? Sure, no problem. Additionally, Nadine, our host, couldn't have been more accommodating or responsive. We had a couple very minor issues, like a battery needing changing in a smoke detector that was beeping, and she responded to all texts within seconds and sent someone over quickly to take care of us. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I'd definitely stay in her property again.

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything that we needed. The community was similarly immaculate and many of great activities. Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Would certainly recommend!

We just stayed here with our whole family, which include 7 adults. It was an ideal, family setting and located close to everything. The home was clean and had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals for our family. The pool areas and community activities were all well run with good sanitary practices maintained. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience.

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. This 4 bedroom home was clean, and well cared for. Nadine was a great host. She greeted us upon our arrival, and made herself available to us if we needed anything or had questions. There was 11 of us and plenty of space ghrough out the house,, that we were not on top of each other. Our kids played some of the many games and enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided. The pool areas are close as well as some of the other amenities that were offered. Our kids really enjoyed kayaking, and crabbing. Even in the mist of the Corona 19 pandemic there was still plenty of activities for our family to do. Nadine thank you so much for hosting our family for our 2020 holiday vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation with family and friends at this wonderful house!! The house was super family friendly especially for young children as the owner provides everything you could possibly need including some toys!! The house was spotless when we arrived. The bayside community is wonderful and has so many fun things to do for the family even during this pandemic they were well organized and sterilized. Communication with the owner was wonderful before and during our trip and she answered my millions questions happily and in a timely fashion. We are already planning our return trip for next year!!

I had a GREAT experience at this property! The house was pristine! The neighborhood had a lot to do and offer , so during this COVID-19 pandemic i was able to still vacation with my family in a community that had specific restrictions that still allowed us all to have a great time both in and out doors ! My communication with the property owner was fantastic! I was given all instructions, general information, prior to my arrival and if i had questions or concerns the owner responded right away! I would LOVE to eventually return to Bayside community for another resort vacation! If this property is available again, i would moat definitely rent again!
