Location great for national cheer competition

We had a conference to attend downtown, but wanted to stay in a place more conducive to visiting with the friends who also attended. Hotel rooms aren't so great for that. Staying here was within walking distance to the convention center, and the amenities were just what we needed to have breakfast and dinner together. We had plenty of seating for chatting, and enough comfy beds for all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic loft in downtown Indianapolis, and I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. From the moment we arrived, It felt like I had found a true urban oasis. The location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of downtown, this loft allowed me to easily explore all that Indianapolis has to offer. Whether it was checking out local restaurants, attending events, or simply strolling through the vibrant streets, everything was within walking distance. The loft itself was a delightful surprise. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, it immediately felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the stylish furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. The cozy living space and well-equipped kitchen added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the host's hospitality. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their local recommendations were spot-on, making my trip even more memorable. The highlight of the accommodation was undoubtedly the breathtaking views. The large windows provided a stunning panorama of the city, especially during the sunset. It was the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. In summary, if you're looking for a 5-star experience in downtown Indianapolis, this is the place to stay!

Great location for a downtown stay

Really cool unit with more than enough space for our family of five….actually had two unused beds! Communication with the owners was great and we hope to be back again in the future.

This was a great space for our work event. Hosts were helpful and communication was solid. Ease of access to all the great downtown Indy spots.

You can walk everywhere from this downtown location and that is always a plus for me. The unit is spacious and spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable. One bedroom is small and only has a twin size bed but it all worked out for our group, Would definitely stay here again.

Myself, three adult children, and other family members really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

The gentlemen who own and care for this property are awesome. This was our 2nd stay with them. I appreciate their communication the most.

This is a terrific property located on the top floor of a building in the downtown area. The living space is large, kitchen is workable and the bedrooms are big (4th BR with single bed is the small one). Great communications, parking nearby and lots to do in the area. Close to the stadium and convention center.

Great location, very close (1 block) from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Property itself was great, and hosts were very accomodating, even dropping off a fan for one of the rooms when requested.

Property Manager were very good with communicating and making sure everything was set up prior to the date. The guys loved the location and was happy on how clean the place look, they also enjoyed the bar being on the first floor. There were no complaints and were very satisfied with the stay.

TCL TVs good. Close to all downtown. Really close to fieldhouse. Gainbridge.

We had 7 people and it slept all of us comfortably. One of the bedrooms was a bit on the chilly side and one bedroom was a bit on the warm side, while the 2 other rooms were pretty comfortable. Being in a downtown area, there is a lot of street noise in the middle of the night. We heard sirens, nightlife from the bar across the street, trucks in the middle of the night making deliveries, and/or garbage trucks. So we were woken up a lot, but for the most part, it didn't bother us. The beds were comfortable. The parking garage is a block away so , if you have a car, it's not the most convenient, but you do get a pass for the garage so that you don't have to pay the $18/night for parking in the garage.
