Wonderful welcoming home with attentive hosts. My contact during our stay was Stacey. She was incredibly attentive to our needs. We have a few issues and she was on it with in minutes! I felt spoiled😊. The layout was perfect for our multi-generational family. Three young adults stayed on the lower level, including pool table, ping pong, swimming pool, and more games than they had time to play. On the main floor, four 50+ and one 80+ comfortably stayed. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered back portch,off the kitchen looking over the pool and canal. Perfect for a family stay. Can’t recommend enough!

The property was clean and well appointed. We found everything that we needed. The two different sleeping levels worked out great for two different families. The big couches acted as magnets for when sports or movies were playing. One half of the dining room table was almost always in coloring, puzzle or game mode.

The house was in a terrific neighborhood and had everything necessary for a fun stay: It is in a great location but also so much to do if you choose just to stay in. We enjoyed the ping pong table, biking, did a lot of cooking and spent much of our time at the home: The two stories and 5 bedrooms meant everyone had their own space while also enjoying family time. A great house that I would highly recommend for families or several couples traveling together!

Family group 5 adults and 4 kids for an end of summer vacation. Wanted a vacation home that we all could be together yet having enough room to spread out. Property had a nice pool area screened in that checked the vacation box for the grandsons. Home location was a 45 minute drive to Clearwater and Indian Rock Beach our favorite beach locations. Nice quiet upscale neighborhood in New Port Richie close to restaurants and old Port Richie. Home has a game room with a pool table & ping pong table Property offers loaner beach chairs and umbrellas which will save you $50 per day from renting on the beach! Home has Lots of stairs, so you will get your exercise too! We rented the golf cart as part of the package but did not use it much for the extra cost but was great having another option to get to the clubhouse to swim in the large private community pool. Property is a rental with normal flaws, far from new but comfortable great for our vacation home needs. Home is on a canal with dock and a couple of kayaks that we used. Weather was hot during our stay home AC systems worked great!!!! Driveway is tight! No street parking! Lots of TV’s One in each bedroom and larger TV’s in the 2 living rooms. Local beaches are not as swim-able as hoped recommend Honeymoon Island about 30 minutes or Clearwater beaches about 45 minutes away. Recommend Walmart for shopping as the closest grocery store is way more expensive! We chartered a great boat from website Boatsetter

We looked at a lot of houses before choosing this one and we made the right choice! We needed room for 7 adults and 2 children to sleep comfortably which the house provided. We knew we wanted a pool. The canal provided a scenic view which we did see a dolphin one morning and did some fishing in. Of course it is Florida so you have afternoon rains and we took advantage of everything else the house has to offer. We used the pool table, the ping pong table, the corn hole boards. The kids loved the pool toys. The kitchen had just about everything you need to cook whatever your heart desires. I would definitely recommend this house for your stay.

The home was perfect for what we needed. We rented a boat from Windsong one day and it is right down the road from the house. Great home for a family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and they had a wide variety of activity items for our teens. We enjoyed the pool, golf cart usage and most of all the boat lift. We brought our own boat so this was very convenient. There were some issues with check in because of the boat trailer and boat lift set up. Other then this, we enjoyed everything.

This house was fantastic for an extended family trip! Large, comfortable, secure and clean. We felt at home. One couple with a baby stayed on the first floor, which has an awesome game room plus bathroom and two bedrooms. The rest of us stayed upstairs with very private rooms, but also large common areas and a big table that fit everyone. The pool was terrific, and there was plenty of lawn for cornhole. And Stacey was terrific to work with-one of the best host communication experiences I’ve had. She also left us a welcome gift which was sweet. The entire house was clean and stocked as described; they even had a high chair, pack and play and baby toys which we used all week. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house! Amazing sunsets! My family ranged from 7 months to 61yrs and everything we needed was right there...from the toys for the kids and the pool table & ping pong table for the older kids. The highlight was the pool!!! Beautiful! And talk about relaxing this is the place for that. I would definitely rent again.

Everything was as stated. We loved seeing the dolphins several times during our stay and the clubhouse was a great perk. We are glad we got the golf cart as well.

The house was clean and well maintained. Our kids liked the pool table and ping pong table but they loved the heated pool. There are a lot of things to do in the area and the host was very communicative. All in all a great stay!

We had a great time at this property! The house, indoor and outdoor areas were clean and well kept. The pool and golf cart were a lot of fun. Communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond. Lots of great things to do in the area. I would highly suggest renting a boat and heading out to Anclote Key State Park. Dolphins swimming around the boat was the highlight of the week. Such a great location for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to going back to this vacation rental in the future!

Everything was 5 star ! The home was beautiful, clean and very well stocked.. Easy check in with code. The golf cart was definitely worth the money and I highly recommend it. We used it for the grocery store and a couple dinners. Very quick responses from the Host. Will 100% stay here again when back in the area !!! Vicki Vettese

We had a great time at this property and the owners made it very smooth. Lots of swimming in the pool with grandkids and time spent around the big table, laughing, eating, and playing games. A special treat were the dolphins that swam by the dock when we were tanning!!

We had a fabulous stay. There were enough beds for the 9 of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots & pans, so we were able to have family brunch each day. It appears to be a safe area. Easily walkable for exercise or a little exploration. The grocery store is just down the street. The community pool and hot tub were being remodeled, so no opinion, but they are close. We used the pool on site. The heater worked well, so we could swim in mid-December. No complaints. Great place to stay. We will definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arises.

The house is very spacious with many areas inside and outside to sit people comfortably. The little children toys were great. After a flight, luggage retrieval and driving to the location my grandsons loved finding toys.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It had everything you could need so you didn’t have to leave. Our teens played pool, had ping pong matches, and swam in the pool. There was plenty of space for our family to have their own space and to gather together if we wanted. Stacey was great with communicating and getting back to us quickly!

The property had something for everyone in the whole family loved the pool, gameroom and the outside gathering areas.

This is a beautiful home! Everything was as described. My 12 year old son loved fishing off the dock. We had plenty of space for our family of 9. Host was fabulous to deal with.

Everything was organized and as expected. Space, view, and pool were all very nice. The owners of the property were very reponsive via email. Extended family stayed there and all enjoyed.

Great location, property and host!

We were a party of ten. This included Grandparents ages 55, Adult Children ages 30ish, and Grandchildren ages 13 and 6. We are all from Oklahoma. The hosts were gracious, going out of their way to insure we had everything we needed. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and to entertain when more family came to dinner. It was immaculate when we arrived, they took time to show my husband how to use the boat lift. The owners made sure we were able to contact should we have any issues. They also had a book that gave you all the information you needed to have a wonderful stay. The house is located in a central location so our party was able to take advantage of many local attractions. We shopped at Tarpon Springs (Greek Food, shopping, and the aquarium where we fed and we’re able to touch sharks, sting rays and alligators, spent days at Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Tampa Zoo, and drove an hour to Homosassa Springs where we went met manatees and ate at Crumps. There was so much to do! But the house was so nice that we chose a few days to just cook out and spend time around the pool. My husband and sons spend many mornings with our local family, fishing in our boat, they loved the wildlife they encountered every morning. This house was the perfect place for our family to do a reset after the weirdness of the last few years. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making this possible!

Enjoyed our week at this nice house. Plenty to do in the area and at the house. Would recommend staying here!

This place had everything we were hoping for. Loved being on the water with access to paddle out to the gulf. We brought kayaks and paddle boards even though there are already 2 tandem kayaks with plenty of life jackets and paddles already there. My son caught some redfish and catfish out in the mangroves. The kids loved the pool which was warm even without heating. Highly recommend renting a pontoon and spending the day at the island. That was probably the biggest highlight of the trip. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to be back again.
