Great place to stay. Rusty and his son were both very friendly and helpful.
The dock was a great place to relax and fish and swim and kayak.
TV on dock was a pleasant surprise!!!😎….
Along with ice machine, refrigerator and running water at the bar.

It was PERFECT for a bachelorette party! We had 10 girls. It was enough room for everyone and we all slept comfortably. It was in a great location.The host is very responsive and will do anything to make your stay perfect! We even forgot some things at the vrbo and he mailed them to us. The dock is stunning and we had an absolute blast. We would highly recommend and we will be going back! The girls and I talked about doing an annual trip!

The house was nice. It had everything you would need for cooking, and it’s updated. Great place for dogs, with their own bathroom/play area. We had 7 people and sleeping arrangements were snug. You don’t have a private dock, you share it with the owner of the vrbo. The owners were there a majority of the time, so it really didn’t feel like we had it “all to ourselves” as you are pretty much using a dock that’s right in front of the owners house. The house is not lakefront or waterfront by any means. The water is about 600’ from the door, down 3 flights of stairs and then a ramp. You can only see a sliver of the water from the master dock. The dock was nice for not having to take our boat out of the water. Overall it was not a bad place to stay, the lake is BEAUTIFUL, and views from the dock were spectacular. We just had hoped to be directly on the water, and felt that the description was misleading.

We stayed for a week and truly enjoyed every day! The owner is one of the friendliest and easy going people I've ever met! 10/10 experience!

House had everything needed to accommodate 12 people. Kitchen fully equipped. Awesome kitchen appliances. Kids love the whirlpool tub. Spent most of our time on the dock, kayaking, fishing and swimming. We actually never needed to leave the property for anything. The owner Rusty was there to meet our every need and to make sure that we had an amazing time.

The property is nice, clean and well decorated. It is not waterfront and shares the dock area with another home. But, when we were there we had the whole dock. Super fun area! with a fenced in area that is perfect for dogs. The last 1/2 mile or so to get to this house is in rough shape. 2 members of our group had cars and it was a difficult drive! No fault of the owner at all.

We had a great time. The property was perfect for five adults. Beautiful lake and weather. Plenty to do and see all within a short drive. Looking forward to next year! I think we found our family vacation spot! Thanks for having us!

We had an amazing time at the property and the dock was worth it. We had 3 adult couples and our adult children with a couple friends 10 total was a little much for this wide open space. We still had a great time just know there is not a lot of privacy however this space would have been amazing for a large family with younger kids. Rusty was always around when needed and the dock was so fun we spent most of our time down there fishing, swimming, floating and watching the Gas Hole.

We had a great time here with our 6 kids. The house and area was perfect for our family. Rusty was very nice and the house is beautiful! We will definitely be coming back!

The property was wonderful with the house and close location to water. The amenities of the kayak’s, swim area’s, slide and seating areas was well used.

Great dock and lake experience, but sleeps less than advertised
We had a blast at the dock but the sleeping arrangements were like playing Tetris. Great dock and bar space outside. The inside is nice, but it only comfortably sleeps 4-adults and 2-3 kids. We searched on Vrbo for a party of 11.

Home was very clean, the two bars were a blast! There is a grill near the home as well as on the dock which worked out perfect for us as we spent most of our time by the water. The dock, bar & swimming area were a big hit for our family! We will definitely be back with more family! He also has more homes on the property available that are very nice! We can't wait to come back! :)

Awesome experience
We had 4 adults in our party and this was the perfect fit for us. The house is exactly as pictured in the post. We will definitely be back and stay for a longer duration next year.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Rusty (the owner) was extremely accommodating for us as well as our pets! There is a new fenced in area that made our pups feel like they were at home! Home was very clean, the two bars were a blast! There is a grill near the home as well as on the dock which worked out perfect for us as we spent most of our time by the water. The dock, bar & swimming area were a big hit for our family! We will definitely be back with more family! He also has more homes on the property available that are very nice! We can't wait to come back! :)

This property was new, and clean. Aside from some minor things (single ply TP, no real dining area, bar inaccessible due to equipment and hot water was less than plentiful for four of us) we enjoyed the views of the water and the moon, which are amazing (and unobstructed) from the upper deck.
Unfortunately privacy is a bit of an issue, as there aren’t any real doors on the bedrooms, or master bath. There is also a door between the rental and the attached shop that isn’t lockable from inside the rental.
Overall this place is a good value (especially bc there is no extra fee for our dogs) for the dollar, and the owner was VERY nice and accommodating.

Rusty is a very responsive host. The outdoor bar is a great place to relax and enjoy the water. The property is very private. Inside is similar to a city loft, very open with barn doors for privacy to the bedrooms. If you have multiple people, just be aware, you will hear everything. In every other aspect, it is very peaceful. This was a nice contrast from the bustle of Osage Beach. Parking was convenient.
The decor is clean, contemporary and spacious. Very large kitchen with everything you need to cook and plenty of storage and counter space. Extremely pet friendly too!!

Rusty is a very responsive host. The outdoor bar is a great place to relax and enjoy the water. The property is very private. Inside is similar to a city loft, very open with barn doors for privacy to the bedrooms. If you have multiple people, just be aware, you will hear everything. In every other aspect, it is very peaceful. This was a nice contrast from the bustle of Osage Beach. Parking was convenient.

The property and host are too notch! We had a group of 9 and we slept comfortably using an air mattress in the living room area. It was perfect for what we needed! I would say if you’re planning to have a group of 12 there will be air mattresses taking up the whole house. The host has the two cutest dogs that roam freely so if you bring your dog, make sure they are friendly with other dogs!

The property and host are too notch! We had a group of 9 and we slept comfortably using an air mattress in the living room area. It was perfect for what we needed! I would say if you’re planning to have a group of 12 there will be air mattresses taking up the whole house. The host has the two cutest dogs that roam freely so if you bring your dog, make sure they are friendly with other dogs!

This is our normal life, to spend an hour yelling "Be quiet or else....." at a mess of kids. No big deal for us.
The host, though. He did much more than was expected or should be. He even took the group out for an outing on his own boat.
There were a couple very minor inconveniences related to construction, but we were told about it before hand and everything was finished very easily and in no way inconvenienced us. Any little thing was easily outweighed by the graciousness of the host.

Rusty’s goal was to make sure that we had an incredible family vacation. Mission accomplished! The home is beautiful and clean. He brought in a large table to accommodate our needs and upgraded the grill to a large new smoker perfect for us. He even took the whole family for a long ride on his personal boat. Plus you can not find a more pet friendly environment. It was a wonderful vacation
