Everything was as pictured and as stated. We (a group of 4 seniors citizens) were able to do all the steps to get there but do be prepared when carrying things up! We arrived a few minutes early and they were kind enough to let us in at that time. The place was clean and mostly sufficient. We would have appreciated some more comfortable chairs. Once again, we are older. The bedrooms are on the busy street side so if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. Overall a good place to stay in Charlottesville!

My family and I have rented this property twice. It is spacious, clean and the views are incredible.

We couldn't believe the beautiful views of hawks soaring over the valley, less than a mile from I-64 and less than a mile from the best restaurants in Charlottesville. The apartment Is light and spacious. Be aware there are a few flights of stairs to get to this 3rd floor unit, but well worth it!

Overall very nice, clean apartment. It was bigger than expected and the location was excellent. Gorgeous views from the main room. One thing that really stood out was there were good quality stainless steel pots, pans, and knives available for use which is rare for this type of rental (I often see some mix of damaged Teflon pans). A couple of things that could use improvement are more indicative of my frustration with ABnB/Vrbo rentals generally post-COVID. Having a basic stock of pantry items for guests to use would be a major benefit (salt/papper, cooking oil, etc). This should be baseline for any rental with a full kitchen. There were no pot holders or extra towels/blankets. Also I know there was a list of items provided for our stay but despite there being a washer/dryer in unit, there was no laundry detergent available. Providing a few pods for a stay would be reasonable. None of these requests have to be expensive and really elevate the guest experience IMO.

First, if you have a lot that you’re taking in and out and if you have a pet- just know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Otherwise it’s a lovely apartment. Everything you need is provided. The highlight for me is the large windows and the view. We were there visiting family so not looking for restaurants in the the Belmont area. There is a nice Wegman’s grocery close by.

The apartment was as-advertised. Clean, modern, and quiet. Great location for a weekend in C-Ville. We're very happy we found it.

As stated in a previous post this apartment has a glorious view but needs some sprucing up. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked. But it’s a 3rd floor walk up, no elevator and we were in town for a weekend wedding so had a lot to carry.

No complaints, apartment could use new coat of paint but everything was as described in listing.

Clean, comfortable place to check out UVA and the surrounding countryside. Minutes from Carter Mountain Orchard, music and sunsets, Monticello and Mitchies Tavern.

The unit had an updated set of 6 chairs at the dining room table not pictured. These were more comfortable than the white chairs pictured. Mattresses were very comfortable, bathrooms clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Parking spots were also available in the designated area under the building.

The apartment was clean and the whole rental process was very streamlined. The only issue is that it is a 3 story walk up. This might have been in the description, but I didn't see it. It wasn't a problem for our group, but could be for others.

Perfect location! View is lovely. Close to town, Monticello, Carter mountain, the Charlottesville downtown mall, and Shenandoah. Two full bathrooms made it easy to get ready for our son’s wedding. And the three flight climb to the apartment wasn’t bad!

Property is centrally located for enjoyment of wineries and downtown venues. Had a great stay. As mentioned in description...must be able to take stairs to 3rd floor.

The property was very comfortable, but anyone who stays here must be comfortable with stairs (4 flights of outdoor stairs, exposed to elements). The apartment was comfortable and clean. There was minor road noise in the bedrooms. For us, this was a car-dependent location; restaurants were not a comfortable walking distance given the steep hills. We were very comfortable for a girls' weekend.

Very hospitable and in close proximity to Rt. 64 and downtown Charlottesville. Would recommend to a friend.

Plenty of room and well equipped. Well located to Charlottesville Downtown and to Monticello plus surrounding hikes. It is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

My girlfriends and I wanted a girls trip worthy of 45th birthday and decided the wine and history of Charlottesville was perfect. This apartment was absolutely the perfect location, close to historical landmarks. Walking trails and vineyards. The size of apartment was great for 4 of us plus dog, clean, beautiful views and management was great to work with throughout.

Location was great for a couple walking distance restaurants and easily drivable to all the things you go to Charlottesville to experience. Nice beds, great kitchen and the view was lovely especially for fall leaves. Will be back.

One of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed in. Comfortable firm mattresses and nice sheets make for great sleep. Great views.

Excellent property. Good, clean accommodations. Minor issues with one of the shower drains, but manageable. Easily accessible to Charlottesville, UVA, and historic sites. Off street parking. Responsive staff.

Good place to stay when moving my daughter into UVA. Property is clean, well appointed and well maintained. There are a LOT of stairs. It is on the 3rd floor and it is actually 4 flights of stairs up from the parking level. No elevator. The parking lot is under the building which was nice. Other than the stairs, we would definitely stay here again.
