I absolutely loved the location. It’s brilliantly positioned near Eton and Windsor castle with quick drive to the LEGOLAND, which was great. I also really liked the property itself, even though some of the things were a bit uncomfortable (such as the chairs and the low bed in the master bedroom), however overall the property was nice. And the parking space was very useful. The PassTheKey stuff was very helpful with all our requests.

I do however want to say that the verification process was not convenient. It made the whole thing more complicated than it should be and Superhog support was mediocre at best. Additionally, I was not happy with how small was said about the waiver and the deposit. I would prefer if the info about it was more noticeable

Location of the property was good in terms of accessibility to the high street and local surroundings - very central. It isn't actually accessible from the high street, you have to walk around to the back and I found this a little daunting - I wouldn't have liked to have done it in the dark. That said, I don't know the area so..............

The car parked in the neighbouring bay hadn't done a good job so that made it difficult to get mine in and I worried about mine getting damaged if the other one left first but fortunately I was the first to leave. Nothing you could have done about that at the time but maybe you could have a word now that you know. The bed was very low, not what I expect at all from my work travels.

the lighting in the bedroom was multicolours and the entrance , local authority housing I think , the parking was so tight I had to find alternative parking as the next door space has a Range Rover

Great location, easy walking distance to the castle and town centre yet far enough away to be quiet. Whole apartment was very clean and comfortable. On site parking space , just yards from the door, was a great feature. Most apartments in the area I looked at just supply a voucher for off site parking.

A little too much tech for me, but a folder with instruction manuals was a help. Parking space was very tight for our van.

This accommodation didn't disappoint. The location was even better than we thought it would be. We parked up and walked everywhere the whole weekend. It was so quiet despite being close to all the facilities that Eton could offer; pubs, restaurants and nice independent shops. A short walk over the bridge, which itself had a real buzz about it and was a perfect photo point for sunsets over the river, and you were in Windsor, the castle up ahead and swans on the water!

Nice location. Eton is obviously close to Windsor but a lot quieter. Appartement was clean and reasonably well equipped.

It’s a bit heavy on gadgets you don’t need. Pans need replacing. The bed is weird but for our kids, that wasn’t a problem.

nothing. This was advertised as a beautiful boutique apartment, it is not. it is also not on the high street, it is around the back in not a very nice area. I turned up alone for work and was utterly shocked. I felt unsafe and the flat itself was not up to standard. I had to check myself into alternative accommodation I called the property immediately, distressed and advised of this issue and advised that I had to pay for alternative accommodation, I was charged over £750 for a week, I didn't stay there one night. i asked for a refund the night of the arrival and they flat out refused. I would have expected to loose the first night, but to keep all of my money is disgusting. it is very falsely advertised. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Amazingly welcoming hosts. Cool and clean rooms. I would definitely stay there whenever I go to London.
