My husband and I and our 3 sons and their wives came to Nashville for a Transmission Expo and seminars. We choose this house because it had 4 bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms and a nice dinning area for us to sit together at the end of the day and have a nice home cooked meal thanks to a lovely kitchen. We also enjoyed the location in Hendersonville, close to shopping, eateries and a nice park and we felt a safe neighborhood. We also enjoyed the backyard whether sitting in the screened in porch watching the deer or around the fire pit relaxing. As you can see this house did not disappoint us even tho the guys had a 30 minute drive to their meetings! Any questions I had the host answered quickly.

Every room and every corner of the house made us feel at home.

Great place to stay. Close to Nashville but quieter

This spacious house had many great gathering spaces. We loved the porch and the all of the dining/living spaces. It also had enough bedrooms to give everyone their own space. It was a relaxing space for our extended family as we visited the many attractions in Nashville.

This is a beautiful property and very spacious. However, I agree the landscaping needs to be spruced up. I could not find the remote to the television and was unable to connect to the living room television. The covered patio television worked fine. Loved the convenience to downtown.

The home was spacious and clean we we arrived. The heat and air in all the rooms were good as we were comfortable with the inside temperature since the days we were there were chilly and then warm! The outside would look much better with the landscaping being cleaned up but that certainly did not impact our stay. just may help with future rentals. The bathrooms were sufficient although a bit dated. We loved the big dinning area as we did have family staying and we could all enjoy the space. It was a bit frustrating with the communication regarding the check in information since we did not receive it until the day before and no one answered us until I put urgent on the email back to VRBO and the Nashville renter contact. I wish there had been some type of removable baby gate for safety reasons and a pack and play at the home. However, we will stay here again since it is so convenient to things for shopping etc. Thanks!

Beautiful house on a nice piece of land with a creek. Close to shopping and food. Far enough outside of Nashville to avoid heavy traffic (unless going into the city, of course). My family and I had a wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The house was clean and beautiful with lots of room for our family! The location was great. Everything we needed or wanted to do was close by.

This property is not far from Nashville and close to a big shopping center that has everything you need. There were plenty of towels and blankets, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for 12.

Nice house with a great back porch where we saw deer in the morning and evening. If you are handicapped or older, the stairs might be hard to maneuver, especially with a large suitcase, and all bedrooms are up steps. The jacuzzi and fireplace were not working. It also said in the welcome note that there would be water and snacks, but we didn't receive any.

This was a great place for our family to meet up together for a vacation. We all had plenty of space. We loved the location. The home was close enough to visit Nashville but far enough away that it was peaceful when we came back in the evening and could relax.

We chose this place so we could get to Nashville easily but be outside of the big city. It was a great place. We love the screened in porch and the outdoor space.

This property was just what we needed for our family reunion. There were three rooms upstairs with a larger master suite, and then a separate large room on the other side of the house with lots of beds and a full bath for my larger family of 5. Check in was easy and the property was only 15 min from everything we did in town. Place was renovated for a rental property, nothing fancy, but good for a rental. And a full basement downstairs with foosball, ping pong and a tv. Thanks for an easy process!

Great family home! Conveniently located near a Target, shopping center and grocery store, and gas. Plenty of room for everyone in our family to spread out, yet great come together spaces as well. Back porch was great and peaceful backyard. Kids loved having horse shoes to play. Recommend for families.

Everything was great! The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars, is because the kitchen island with stove wasn’t super clean. I noticed some crumbs on it when we arrived, but everything else was perfect!

The check in process was fast. The ppl who run this property are super accommodating. Very grateful for them :) I have used Vrbo for yearssssss and have always love the properties we have chosen but I can hit story day this is the most flexible accommodating property owner I have gone through. If you want a stress free accommodation in a beautiful area that’s close to Nashville then this is it!

This has been a nightmare and I would caution others before staying here. It's taken 2+ weeks to receive our security deposit and other charges refunded. Property owner blames VRBO and VRBO says to work with property owner on a stay that did not occur. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a property.

This rental was perfect for our family of 10 (8 adults, 2 kids). The house is beautifully decorated and located close to stores and just a short drive to Nashville. Our grandson enjoyed the games in the basement. Thete were deer in the back yard each morning.. We enjoyed the enclosed porch but some attention is needed in replacement and repair of the screens. Loose screen on door and open holes down by floor. Back steps up to porch also need to be replaced.

Good location, nice size, awesome beds!, fits 6 comfortably. However, Landscaping needs pruning, screen room needs screen, backyard stairs need attention, better instructions for accessing TV. Interestingly , most chairs are metal or wood

This property was VERY classy and perfect for our business retreat. We had 7 people total and we had all the spaces needed for the meetings and fun activities. HUGE backyard for kids to play!

This was a family visit for my Moms 90th birthday, she lives nearby. The property has everything you need. I will definitely stay again. The property does have some back stairs that are in need of maintenance. They are used to access the nice screened in porch. There were also some everyday household items that were either not supplied or under supplied (paper towels, garbage bags). Other than that is was a very nice property.
