Beautiful, modern villa with pool and great views down to the sea. Easy walk to the main part of Sivros. Very friendly hosts who cooked us dinner one night! The moussaka was delicious!

The villa is located in a nice village that keeps the charm of a traditional lifestyle. There are several cafes / restaurants in the village, which makes eating out locally an easy option. The villa definitely exceeded our expectations. We were touched by the hosts' outstanding hospitality. The villa was very clean, perfectly equipped and provided with all that is necessary. The parking place was convenient and easy to reach. A gorgeous view opening up from the villa contributed to the overall good impression.

What a beautiful Villa- perfect. The owners, Effie and Spirogianni were so lovely and kind, providing us with fruit and veg from their farm and a lovely greek meal. The villa will not disappoint, wonderfully appointed, spotlessly clean and a welcome pool with fabulous views. A real gem.

Accommodation was exceptional, everything was perfect. Spacious, bright, with all amenities you need. Even different kind of coffee machines, 4 TV's, 3 bedrooms, each with own balcony or terrace. Beautiful main terrace with private pool and bay view. Owners and manager are great, if you need or forgot something, they will provide. We got fresh fruits and vegetables and delicious traditional greek mousaka. There are some restaurants in the village, also bakery and market. You have 10-15 minutes by car to Vasiliki, and 45-60 minutes to best island beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Panoutsis and can recommend it 100%! The house with pool and great equipment was in new condition and was well maintained. A regular cleaning incl. change of towels and bed linen was standard part of the service. Our dear hosts were also always concerned about our well-being and even provided us with home-grown fruits and vegetables and moreover they even offered us self-cooked traditional Greek dishes. On some days we even did without the beautiful beaches in Lefkada and spent the time „at home“! It was simply a dream!

Fantastic villa, with an amazing view and excellent facilities, the pool is the cherry on top of everything else. The house is very clean, modern and equipped with everything you can possibly need and more. Our stay was simply perfect, also thank to the most kind and welcoming hosts and Thas, the manager. A great place to stay and feel like in a 5 star hotel! We would highly recommend it and would love to come back soon!

Nothing, it was just great

Everything was perfect, from the view, the beautiful interior design of the villa, cleanliness. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine (pods), coffee filter, frappe maker, sandwich toaster and every kind of kitchen bowls and plates you could need including consumables such as coffee pods, tea, instant coffee, olive oil, condiments, fruits on the table, like everything you need. Same for bathroom and cleaning supplies. We felt wonderful here in our stay in Lefkada, the hosts are amazing people who treated us like family and the communication with them and villa manager was always easy and prompt. We feel lucky to have chosen this villa for our holiday, it made our stay so much better.
