well…where do we start?! the outside of the property was run down as was the area the property was located. The front door glass / frame was filthy & door handle was nearly hanging off , we noticed that the main living area was dusty & grimey the back of the house towards the bi folded doors were filthy inside & out !! not cleaned in a while nor was the inside furniture or glass table , which we had to buy cleaner stuff from the shop & clean ourselves. The drinks in the honesty bar were out of date by over a year! one of the chairs in the front room was broken. We werent able to have a shower for over 5 mins as the tray at the bottom was full. we had to clean the glasses before we could use them…. they were just plain dirty!

The house is basically a two bedroom house turned into a three by using the front room downstairs as a bedroom. The living space is therefore a bit small for a three bedroom. The mattresses were so uncomfortable that we didn't stay the second night. We decided to go home. The exterior is in desperate need of a paint - it looks run down from the outside. The interior decoration is very nice and tastefully done but no way would 6 people have enough room in the living space. Good location as only 4-5 minutes to the beach.

Really nice accommodation. Loved the interior design and it was nice to have the small garden area. The attention to details were really well thought through and it made the stay nice and comfortable. Really good location to get the town and Margate beach.

A few things in the house were broke. Upstairs toilet seat. Upstairs hallway wardrobe. The showers also drained really slow but I assume these are just wear and tear over time. The front door had the remanence of a splatter egg on it but we know this is not the owners fault and probably down to the teens that loiter outside.

The inside of the house was nice, obviously recently renovated and well kept. It was decorated tastefully and loved the honesty bar idea even if we didn’t use it!

The location is not great. It’s a bit of a deprived area of Margate and sitting outside in the back garden isn’t really an option as it’s noisy, especially at night.

Lots of space, big bedrooms, excellent location

Drainage issue with one shower but owners very quick to respond and offer help!
