House large and extremely well equipped. Very thoughtful host.

Dan was an amazing host! He was able to accommodate us with anything that we asked about! The house was an amazing size, and perfect location to the Newport Winery and downtown Newport. The house was very clean. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette and had the best time! The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean and an incredible yard. Dan was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The property made our group's stay even more memorable. The backyard is perfect for a cookout and lawn games while the inside offers plenty of room for sleeping with a fully equipped kitchen. The open concept living and dining room allowed our group to spend time together and comfortably eat meals side by side. Two showers with a large group was a bit difficult plus the showers did not drain as quickly as expected was the only complaint. Otherwise Dan accommodated our group with a late checkout to let us enjoy the nice weather

Dan and Holly were incredibly quick to respond to any questions and went out of their way to accommodate us. The house comfortably slept 9 adults. We especially loved the great backyard, perfect for BBQs and playing lawn games.

Home is great but what really sets this place a part is the yard(s). Tons of room, well manicured and truly beautiful. Hosts were excellent.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely come back again with large group.

Excellent stay in Newport

Dan and Holly were fabulous hosts during our stay. They communicated effectively and were very responsive to our questions for the visit. They gave us a great recommendation for a pizza spot. House was fantastic space for hanging out and cooking for the group. We weren’t able to take advantage of the outside due to the crazy wind, but the yard was huge and level for any outdoor activities! Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for what we needed. All comfortable and there were plenty of towels for us to use. Would definitely stay again with a group!

We stayed here for 3 days house was great. Dan was responsive and welcoming. Perfect place close enough to town and the beaches but privacy and quiet if needed. Plenty of parking and yard space for activities. Set up my volleyball net and everyone had a good time. Huge deck right out back with privacy. Definitely going to be back.

Had my sisters bachelorette here! It was perfect for the amount of people we had! Perfect location, right near the vineyard and the beach. Everything seemed like it was 5 minutes away! Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. We created some nice family memories here. A deck looks over a beautiful field in the back of the house. We saw lots of birds, rabbits and a deer. A very peaceful spot. We enjoyed meals in the nice open plan kitchen/dining area. Everything we needed was right there. The owner was very responsive with questions and very accommodating. The house is not far from beaches and Newport. We also took some nice walks on walking trails located very close to the house. We would highly recommend this house.

We went for a bachelorette in a group of 13 people and we truly could not have had a better experience if we tried. The house was in perfect condition when we got there and matched the description perfectly. Very open and spacious even with 13 of us we never felt cramped. The location is incredible and you can be in either downtown Newport or a winery within minutes. I can not say enough great things about the owners as well. They made everything so easy. They were super easy and accessible to communicate with, and they were so helpful every step of the way. Could not recommend enough and do hope to be able to return!

This property blew our expectations out of the water. First of all, the house actually ended up being even nicer and more spacious than we thought we were getting based on the pictures, and we loved the size of the lot and secluded feel despite being just a short drive away from basically anywhere in Newport you'd want to go. And, with a roving toddler, having everything on one floor was a big plus (no worries about stairs). The house was sparkling clean when we arrived, and is very well-stocked with anything you might need, including extra folding chairs, a bit of sports equipment for the kids to play in the yard with, and boogie boards for the beach. We also really appreciated having the garage available to park in, which made unloading the car much easier (especially in the rain). Finally, the owner, Dan, was super communicative and helpful...even allowing us to push our reservation one day later due to a hurricane. Will definitely be recommending this to anyone I know who wants to spend some time in Newport.

This house was perfect for a bachelorette weekend! Close driving distance from downtown Newport and beaches. There was plenty of parking and an outdoor patio area. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very easy to contact.

Very peaceful location yet close to all that the Middletown and Newport area has to offer. Extremely clean and spacious home. All amenities were thoughtfully included.

This house was perfect for our group of 11. We were in town for our friends wedding and the location was perfect. The house has a great open layout and was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more! The mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee were perfect! Dan is a great host and made our out of town stay very easy and accommodating!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. The layout of the living area/kitchen and bedrooms worked so well. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, dishes, and appliances. We loved spending time on the deck (beautiful sunsets!) and the kids loved the big backyard! This location was perfect as well - short drive on quiet roads to several beaches. The owner was great with communication at check in and check out. We hope to return next summer!

Beautiful home on a gorgeous property. Excellent communication with the host/owner. Close to Newport, but away from the tourist crowds. Very relaxing, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed entertaining friends and family.

We spent 4 days at this lovely home with 4 kids under 12. Property was very clean and well-stocked with all the essentials you could need. Hosts were super friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved the location! Large private yard so close to beaches and a short drive to Newport. Highly recommend!
