The location was excellent, the cleaner staff were friendly and helpful. The morning coffee and pool, while dated, was a nice bonus.

The check in staff, were rude and unhelpful. Our confirmed early check-in was not honored, our room was dated, with poor bedding, noisy AC, an ill-fitting door that you had to slam to close, our TV did not work properly, the noise from everyone slamming their ill-fitted doors (warped) kept me up many nights. Our room as often cleaned late in the afternoon, despite the cleaners cleaning adjacent rooms in the morning and early afternoon. We do not blame the cleaners. They were likely told to clean rooms early of guests who checked out, we think that staying from October 11-25, would have meant we were treated with the same care as guests there for a night or two. The bathroom sink drain was missing, luckily we did not drop any personal items in the sink as we would have lost them in the drain. The rooms need to be updated and repaired, our room had missing grout around the tub, large scratch marks in the doors. All and all, not a place we would stay again at or recommend to family or friends.

Location to wedding venue

Front desk help was not very helpful with door issue. VERY noisy. Doors being slammed all night into am (Oct 13-14) due to that is only way they close. Housekeeping was not used but noticed on 2d floor a lot of standing around.

Super close to a great beach. Central in town, close to other tourist attractions. Restaurants in walking distance. Lovely room. Good pool and sundeck.

Great location easy walk to beach

Pool could use a good scrubbing on the waterline.

It was so clean they even washed the carpets while we were there. Great location across from beach 2 mins to the cliff walk

Nothing bad to say

For a "King suite" NO "private" balcony, .... and the living room furniture was CHEAP, very UNCOMFORTIBLE to sit on for any duration of time ....
