The home was perfect for us. The bedrooms offer a nice suite style so each family unit had privacy. The beach was so close and not crowded. The pool area, including outdoor seating, was our favorite place as we could still see the ocean from there and that's rare in a Sea Pines oceanfront home. Home is well maintained and spotless. Kitchen is well stocked--which was good because we prefer cooking to eating out. Our family would recommend this home and already have to others in our area.

This was our first time to Hilton head. It was a perfect getaway with my 3 children and spouses and 3 grandchildren ages 6,7 and 20 months. The outside area at ,pool level is covered and great to escape the sun and still be part of the sun. The pool was heated perfectly and great for evening swims. The grill is top of the line and well maintained. We are a cooking family so all meals were planned and executed. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are large, the beds all comfortable bathrooms clean and placed well. Views of the ocean from the house are spectacular. The beach is amazing. We rented the beach chairs and umbrellas which is a must. We rented bikes but did find there were 2 bikes in the garage for use. There is also a kayak in the garage that we did not use. It was a perfect trip and a great house. We sill definately return to Hilton Head next year.

This lovely house was just perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults and 5 grandchildren.Our family is spread out through Los Angeles, Montreal, Glasgow and London and this was the first time we had been altogether as a family for over 8 years. Although we come from Scotland, we have been visiting Hilton Head Island for around 30 years and it holds many family memories.The facilities both indoor and outdoor as well as its location made for a perfect family holiday. we would definitely stay here again (if we could afford it!)

The home is beautiful and very close to the beach, although the property is in need of TLC, from probably all the rentals back to back.The painting needs updated, some of trim and doors are peeling off, the pool area tile does not drain properly, therefore causing standing water and slippery areas, outside cushions are needing replaced. It's a beautiful house, you can tell it's a rental. We paid $22,000.00, it should have been in better condition.........

This beautiful beach home is suffering from neglect. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken and also in the main room in lower level, the handrail is loose on the staircase, there is water leak stain in the ceiling, the pool area has low spots that caused tripping. One bedroom didn't have air conditioning and a box fan was left in the closet for use. The railing outside needs to be painted and furnishings are in need of updating, considering we paid premium pricing, we expected a pristine property. The location is perfect, the grounds are lovely, and our family had a wonderful time, but the interior left a lot to be desired.

Beautiful, functional home with lovely and comfortable furnishings. The home was supplied with nice linens and excellent kitchen inventory. We loved the covered patio and easy access to the beach.

Wonderful property, inside and out! The outdoor area was fabulous! We ate most of our meals outside, enjoyed the heated pool, and easy, close proximity to the beach via the private boardwalk. Coastal Home and Villa was very responsive to any questions prior to our stay and prompt in seeing about getting the pool heated when the heat had accidentally been turned off prior to our arrival. We have booked this property again for next year!
