It was the perfect location & was roomy with the three bedrooms. Was super clean with lots of supplies for our stay. Loved it!!

This accommodation is located within walking distance to everything you might need -- coffee, groceries, beach, restaurants.... Its a great location for driving to attractions like Stanley Park and the Capilano suspension bridge The kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. It fit our grouo of 5 adults comfortably and the fire table was lovely. The properties off street parking accommodated our van easily. The hosts had everything ready for our arrival and were quick to respond when we had questions about the area, dining, etc. Definitely a place we would return to.

Location… location… location! Perfectly situated in Kitsilano. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Charming neighbourhood, close to grocery drug and liquor store. The hosts provided a very thorough orientation pamphlet… outlining clearly all directions to use appliances and tv’s. The backyard was a perfect area to retreat to after busy days. The comfort of this home… made us want to stay longer…. So we will just have to come back!

The house was perfect and the location was ideal for our west Van trip. We walked down to the beach every morning and all the options are just outside your door (coffee, food, groceries, gym, etc). We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a family (including toddler and baby) for just over a week, visiting other family in Vancouver, and this was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location is ideal, walking distance to parks, beach, shops and transport options. Having a private driveway for our car so close to 8th avenue was fantastic. The space is really well presente, modern and clean. Bathroom and outside space downstairs very handy. Owners live below but didnt hear them at all, and they were very happy to help with a couple of minor things we needed, not related to the property. Enjoyed having access to TV streaming services incl Apple TV. Property had good heating options, not that we really needed. Great shops nearby. Nothing to fault, comes completely recommended from us. My 2 adult daughters live in different countries from each other and me. We were looking for a home to have our first Christmas together since Covid. Great kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds, good sound system with instructions for WiFi and blue tooth, host extremely responsive and helpful, great location, walking distance to Kits beach, great shopping, groceries, liquor store, eclectic coffee shops. The property is in excellent condition and very well equipped. All the facilities are in good order. Everything in the kitchen works well and so too in the bathrooms. There are plenty of thoughtful touches that make the guest feel welcomed and comfortable. The location is excellent too. Katherine is a great host as she deals promptly with any queries and is on hand if anything is needed but allows the guest privacy.

Perfect place to stay! Kathy and her husband were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Their house was very clean and nicely designed. We really enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and barbecuing on the patio when the weather was nice. The neighbourhood is fantastic, excellent restaurants, a whole foods just down the street for groceries and many amazing parks and beaches to spend sunny days outside.
