The house was updated very nicely!! Super clean , cute neighborhood, you felt safe ! Excellent location for events at the University!!! We saw the Olympic track/field trials and they were super 👏👏👏I would tell all my friends !!

This property is awesome! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend. We plan to stay here next time we’re in town. The hosts were very easy to work with when we had to adjust our dates and responded in a timely manner.

We came for our daughter's graduation and it was wonderful! Clean with everything we needed and the showers were fantastic! Wanted to stay an extra day but it was booked! Wish we found it sooner as its a Perfect House for families when visiting there children at UO!

We enjoyed another stay on our trip to Eugene. This last visit will make the 5th time we've stayed at this SAME house - that's how much we love it! The owners have been consistently great with communication, the house is always clean and yard very well maintained. The location is central, the neighborhood feels safe and walkable. This house never fails to disappoint when we come to Eugene. The house is ALWAYS clean, living room and bedrooms comfortable, and adds to the enjoyment of our stay. Perfect place for a trip to Hayward
Stayed here for a trip to the World Athletics Championships. Check in was clear and easy to follow. House was immaculately clean and had the most comfortable couch to sink into. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathtub and shower in the master were worth the visit alone. Less than a 15 min ride to and from Hayward. Would 100% stay again for another meet or just a weekend away.

Great Location, Lots to do in Eugene
We were in Eugene for a couple days, the house is a great location and central for all our activities. Did the riverwalk and saw Team Uruguay running, that was pretty cool! Lovely weather, visited and ate on the nice patio. The neighborhood is also nice for walking. The house and yard are beautifully maintained, very clean and made for a great stay. We will book here again!

We enjoyed our stay so much the first time, we booked the house again! It does not disappoint, great location, house is comfortable, kitchen great to cook. Although we had some rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the patio on this visit which was very nice. Owners are great to work with, thanks again for the hospitality.

Fit our needs perfectly
We stayed here so our daughter could compete at Hayward field. Although you must drive to the stadium…it’s an easy, quick trip. House was very clean, comfortable, and the showers are amazing! There is a Safeway grocery store and Subway within walking distance which is good for a running family. Only thing which would make this outstanding house even a better rental is if it came with a few bikes so that the renter could enjoy the numerous paths around the town. Highly recommend this house!

Enjoyed our stay
The check in process was easy. Good communication with owner. House was very clean, beds were great. Towels could be replaced for newer but plenty of them.
Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Overall stay was good . No issues.

Great Visit to Eugene
We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Owners were great to work with. Outside and inside well maintained, nicely furnished, well appointed. Great kitchen/counter area and living room area with big screen TV. Felt like home, we will be back!

Excellent House!
Great location. Within 10 minutes of the U of O campus, grocery shopping, restaurants, and shopping centers. For a two bedroom house, it feels quite spacious. Host made checking in and out extremely easy.

Great mid-century modern, close to downtown and UO
We loved the style and easy functionality of this house, located just a few easy minutes to UO campus. We cooked most of our meals at the house, and enjoyed the easy jaunt to the Safeway grocery store nearby.

This is a romantic, well kept home
We came here for a birthday. The kitchen is amazing. We loved the lighting and layout. Our favorite features were the showers and tub. Very comfy home in a quiet neighborhood.

What a lovely house in a great neighborhood. We had everything we needed and more - a well stocked kitchen and plently of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The neighbors had such positive and uplifting signs in their yards, too! Highly reccomended.

Sweet house. Great location
I had a great visit in Eugene at the comfortable, well appointed and superbly located home. The neighborhood was quiet but just down the street on the main road was everything you need from shopping to Dairy Queen. Super easy access to the U of O campus and other parts of Eugene as well as easy on and off the I-5. Hosts were helpful and friendly. I would and likely will stay again!

Perfect Mid century modern updated home.
The property was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean, quiet, had a good air conditioner for the heat wave we were in. I loved sitting on on the covered porch in the mornings watching the birds and picking fresh cherries from the fully loaded tree. What a treat

Loved this place. Very clean, layout was great and nice to have outdoor space. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen could have been better equipped but we managed just fine and loved our stay.

A very comfortable, and beautiful, property. Especially good for multi-day stays. Truly like being an home. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to 2 grocery stores Jeff is an excellent communicator. Highly recommended.
