Das Anwesen liegt ruhig und idyllisch am Ortsrand. Oberhalb der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Wiese mit schönem Ausblick, Sitzgelegenheiten und einer Feuerstelle. Feuerholz kann preiswert in ausreichender Menge erworben werden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Es gibt den besten hausgemachten Chacha. Im Gemeinschaftsraum im Haupthaus stehen Kaffee, Tee kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Frühstück und Abendessen wird gegen Aufpreis angeboten, haben wir aber nicht genutzt.

Unser Zimmer (deluxe Dreibettzimmer) entsprach leider überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung. Die beschriebene Ausstattung wie Waschmaschine, Küche, Kühlschrank, TV, Kaffee- und Teezubehör befinden sich nicht im Zimmer selbst, sondern im Gemeinschaftsbereich im Haupthaus. Wir hatten eingekauft und wollten Lebensmittel kühlen, der Kühlschrank im Gemeinschaftsraum war jedoch schon randvoll. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr sehr klein, neben den drei Einzelbetten ist kaum Platz für Gepäck, wurde jedoch mit großzügigen 20qm beschrieben. Neben den Betten gab es nur zwei kleine Nachttische, keine Möglichkeit, etwas aufzuhängen, keine Haken, keine Garderobe, nichts. Das Bad selbst ist winzig und da es außerdem keine Abtrennung zur Dusche gibt, wird beim Duschen die Toilette und der gesamte Boden nass. Die Matratzen der Betten hingen leider sehr durch und verhinderten erholsamen Schlaf. Aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen und der ausführlichen, nicht zutreffenden Beschreibung der Unterkunft waren wir verständlicherweise enttäuscht. Sehr schade, da eigentlich Potential vorhanden wäre.

People were very nice with us, they also help us arranging the 4*4 vehicles to Usghuli and served us dinner and breakfast which were pretty good (we also asked for napkins and ended up taking breakfast with us for the day out!). They also let us use the washing machine. There is also à beautiful space above the hill where to enjoy à super view of the starring sky at night!

It is quite up the hill, so once you are there, you rather don't take your car and eat there. Also, in the summary description of the rooms it was not so évident that the double rooms would share the bathroom: you have to click individually on the room to read it. As I did à booking for 12 people I did rely on the summary which didn't mention it so we had 6 people in the morning to share the same bathroom and didn't plan for it. Though they were very nice people and offered a discount. I mean, if you don't have a problem with sharing the bathroom then yes I would recommend it as people really deserve to have guests. Such lovely people!

The place has beautiful setting and surrounding. The owners are very nice people, both dinner and breakfast super delicious and big. It is very relaxing place to stay in especially after days of hiking. Would recommend to anyone.

Only one bathroom shared by the 5 rooms, 20-30mins walk from Mestia

- beautiful views from the property and great places to have bonfire - good and cheap wine

- only one shared bathroom with a toilet for 4 rooms meant infinite waiting time to get there. The whole toilet was a shower, so it was always wet there. - the hosts were nice, but the main guy who did business with us when asked about attractions or trails couldn't provide any recommendations. - our room did not have insects net and at night it was really warm there. Therefore we had a ton of bugs in the room - every visit to Mestia needed to be done by car unfortunately

Charming place, delicious meal, everything was perfect

Magical place. The landscapes around are stunning, the room was very comfortable, the common areas (inside and outside) are beautifully decorated and feel very cosy. The hosts were also super nice and welcoming.

I want to recommend this place. Our landlords were very friendly and Asmat cooking delicious khachapuri for breakfast. The room though very simple was very clean. After a very tiring day, you will have a campfire while listening to the sound of the calm river and watching the stars in the sky. Beautiful place) I hope to visit again
