This is a wonderful property. Everyone loved the layout and the decor. The knotty wood and high ceilings were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The loft was fun for the grand boys to play while the grownups were cooking or hanging out in the den. We had a master suite on one side and one family had the other side with two bedrooms and a bath. The other daughter and family had the basement with it’s own frig so everyone had plenty of privacy. Because of covid we spent lots of time outside and there was plenty of outdoor furniture for us to enjoy every spot. We played games in the front yard, there was a sand box and an outside hose for rinsing them off. The gazebo was a favorite spot because the sunrise was blocked by the roof around 8 am and the ceiling fan kept things cool. Like most things on Smith Lake it has some steps to the lake but it felt very secure for the little ones as they went down. There was a mini frig at the dock which was nice. The owner was easy to reach with any questions. There was some wine, water, coffee and beer to greet us when we got here. I highly recommend this property.
