The condo itself was lovely and the beach was not overly crowded. Our only issue was with numerous other people staying in the same building that had their dogs off leash. My children are terrified of dogs (have been bit previously), and multiple times entering/exiting the elevator would come across large dogs that were unleashed. The actual VRBO was very nice and we had a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful hosts. Great view and plenty of space with multiple bathrooms!

Stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, first-class condo. Great ocean and Sound views, top shelf accommodations, easy check-in/out, and awesome location.

We spent four days here after our son’s wedding and it was an absolutely perfect place to unwind! The views, from multiple rooms were amazing! It was so nicely decorated and well equipped. Easy access to the beach and pool! We can’t wait to come back!!

The condo is very nice, and the complex was not crowded at all. Renters should be aware this is a seventh floor condo which is concerning with small children. The railings are climbable, furniture is oversized and very close to the railings, and the drainage openings are large enough for a toddler to fit through. We had to completely stay off the balconies. One night we had to evacuate at 5:00 am for the fire alarm, and our toddler stepped on an open six-inch Bowie knife on the beach. Those are not the fault of the owner, but they affected our trip. The rental does not include beach towels as claimed, but the manager went and bought some for us which was helpful. Still a great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and clean condo. Spectacular views of the ocean and sound. The only suggestions would be some throw blankets and a couch that isn’t so slippery- it was hard to get comfy. Otherwise, perfect!

Nice layout with multiple balconies double the enjoyable living space. Private access to three of the four balconies provide family free escapes with a large common area for group togetherness as well. Nice community pool. Great quiet family oriented beach. Garage parking. The elevator ride for beach access was less of a burden than expected. We are used to a oceanfront house but this was a very nice alternative. Immediately accessible owner or manager. Will stay again.

Probably one of the nicest condos on the beachfront. Unit is beautiful with decks on that face beach and also let’s you see the sunset. Property manager was easy reach and solved the issues we did have very quickly. Hard not to enjoy a stay here.

This property is amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated and the amenities in the condo are exactly what we needed. The view of the ocean and the sound were beautiful! The staff on the property were courteous and extremely helpful! Can't wait to stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Villas Resort - our unit on the 7th floor had wonderful balcony views…even got to see pelicans up close fly by and we could see dolphins in the sea and the long stretches of beach. Kitchen/living area was perfect and all en-suite bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making your condo available.

5 stars is simply not enough for this place! It was the most beautifully decorated and well appointed condo we have ever rented (and we have done MANY). Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and so much more, super comfortable beds with nice linens, and a view to die for from every room! Resort had great amenities - pool, gym, game room, that made it even better and provided beach chairs and umbrellas saved the hassle of bringing our own.. Property manager was super nice and responsive and answered all our questions. Can’t wait to go back!

My family of 5 enjoyed our week. Extremely clean and spacious for 3 teenagers remote schooling. Gorgeous ocean and bay views. All comforts of home. Beds very comfortable. Living room furniture needs some new cushions and laundry basket would be helpful. Enjoyed our stay here very much and would stay again.

This was a fantastic property! The attention to detail is the best I've seen... from the plush towels to the nice gift basket the stay was fantastic. The beds were soft! The views were magnificent! The only downside was the couch and chair are completely worn out. Typically I would not be bothered but given the time of year we planned to spend most of our time in the condo (it was too cold to go to the beach!). Nonetheless I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We celebrated our parents 50th Anniversary last weekend and it was perfect, even with non-stop rain and wind! Great views, plenty of space and the best kitchen set-up and available utensils of any VRBO we have stayed in. Definitely would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful property. We will most certainly be booking again. VRBO had a slight hiccup getting our check in information updated to us and Stacy, the property manager, responded immediately and got us in. The facility and suite is represented by the pictures. No let down at all. My wife and I sat for hours and hours and watched the ocean and just relaxed. Sunrise and sunset views are majestic. Do not hesitate to book this property. We hope to return in the warmer months for another stay.

My entire family absolutely loved this villa. We felt completely spoiled and pampered as it is everything shown in the pictures. We knew it would be cold as it was the last week in December so I chose a place with enough room for everyone to feel on vacation and we bundled up and spent a ton of time on the balcony playing games and watching the porpoises, pelicans, and the waves. Stacy, the property manager, was easily available for any questions and very nice. It is pricey but you pay for an amazing view, peacefulness, and luxury decor. We needed a taste of luxury after all we had been through in 2020 and it was well worth the extra cost. Totally worth it and would recommend to anyone wanting to spend the extra buck for a feel of truly getting away from the hustle & bustle.

What a wonderful experience we had. The unit was the definition of exquisite with beautiful ocean views, impeccably furnished and designed rooms and the perfect location. We could not have been happier during our stay.

The condo was perfect for four couples. We had our own private bathrooms which was a must. The seventh floor ocean view was breath taking. Sunrises were unbelievable. Only draw back was one air conditioning unit did not function properly leaving three bedrooms a little uncomfortable. Would rent this unit again.

The property was great. The directions could have been a little clearer on how to enter the building upon arrival. The rental matched all the photos and we were very happy.

We arrived to a very large four bedroom condo with a pool deck space and great views of the Atlantic. The beach was very peaceful and not overly crowded.

We had four couples and each bedroom offered independence, privacy and beds that accommodated adult couples (which was hard to find). The living space was large and easy flowing for eight people. The multiple balconies and stunning views were just icing on the cake! The location was perfect with easy & quick access to Morehead/Beaufort area or Emerald Isle. The beach was stunning & The Grand Villa provided chairs & umbrellas every day so no tent was needed. Bobby set up our location everyday for us, he was wonderful. The owner, Stacy, was amazing, easy and quick with communication. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, we had a fantastic time!

This property is phenomenal. The views from the 7th floor were so beautiful. You can clearly see both the sound and the beach for miles. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were unbelievable. The master my husband and I shared has two separate vanities, a balcony exit, jetted tub, separate shower and exquisite design. My only suggestion for improvements on the property would be a new family room set. Everything else was very impressive.

This was by far the best property my family and I have rented in this area. The condo is as advertised very modern and luxurious, as well as CLEAN! The building is fantastic between the pool and amenities at the beach itself it made for a very convenient trek back and forth with 4 kids in tow. A bit on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and this was Worth every penny.

This villa was perfect for our family! Beautiful and spacious corner unit. Building is very well-maintained, and not too crowded. Complementary chairs and umbrellas at the beach are a plus. We would definitely consider staying here again.
