Probably the most straightforward check in experience ever! The building is very well maintained, great location for walking into downtown Milwaukee and really appreciated the on-site parking. A great place to stay!

Good experience overall. Broken coffee maker and long gap between check-out and check-in were the things preventing higher rating. Fun neighborhood!

If location is of prime importance, you will want to stay here! It's within a mile distance of the arena, the civic center, and downtown. Highly recommend it!

Overall I was happy with my stay here; the few negatives were fairly minor. - There had clearly been someone there with a pet prior to my stay. There was some pet hair still on the floor and a shed cat claw in one of the dresser drawers. - Upon arrival, there was an odd smell in the unit which may have been from cleaning supplies or may have been pet odor. - One of the drawers in the bathroom looked like it had been used to store hair clippers, because there was a lot of short hair trimmings in it. - There were several property rules that weren't clear based on the VRBO listing and weren't disclosed until after the rental was complete. Now for the positives! The location is really nice. The building amenities were as advertised, people were very friendly, and there was a lot to do within a very short walk. Those few minor negatives wouldn't stop me from staying in the property again.

So close to Fiserv Forum, it will be perfect the next time we venture to a concert or sporting event. Had an issue with the door lock but it was fixed in minutes with new batteries. Thanks Kasa!
