Our room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, bugs on the floor, smelt like weed, and the air didn’t work. We talked to the staff and they told us we couldn’t get a new room because they were completely booked. They gave us a air freshener and that was it.

The rooms were updated and beds were comfortable - the rooms were good size the pool water was nice and warm - the breakfast area was cute

Breakfast was mediocre, it wasn't stocked, guests were watching a show on computer in another language and it was loud - it was distracting could've been given a room to watch in not the breakfast area

Breakfast was good.

The shower curtain did not go all the way around the shower itself. It created a pool outside the shower. The bathroom along side the door is paint peeling. The surfaces were dusty and allowed my daughters allergies to act up. The elevator smelled like gas and cleaning solution

Pool was very nice. Location was good.

Rust everywhere. Dirty. Old. Outdated. Musty. Some of the staff were rude and dismissive. “Hot” breakfast was a boiled egg and sausage patties. Vending machines don’t take cards.

Staff was very good. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

Shuttle service was unorganized. One staff member told me to call down to the desk when I needed one and when I called down for it, a different staff member told me I should have booked it the day before.

Locations was ok for what we were doing.

we opened the door to a filthy room and nonfunctional toilet but we’re giving a new clean room in seconds.

the staff was super friendly and the manager was wonderful about refunding us!

the property smelled like smoke the minute I walked in the door even tho they said it was non smoking facility. our room wasn’t not clean. it was dirty. they did state new management took over 4 days before we got there but the hotel needs a full renovation.
