Amazing views overlooking the waterfront and downtown Miami!

Nice clean apartment with a great view. Check in and out was super easy. Host replies swiftly to questions. The depicted fridge in the living room area is not there. Would have been nice! Would gladly stay there again

My friends and I were so grateful for our awesome stay in Miami. It’s our first time there and we had an amazing time. Vacation is not complete to have a place to call home for the times we were there and staying at Northeast Coconut Grove made our stay peaceful, safe and felt like home away from home. The location is great close to lots of restaurants and cafés in a nice residential safe area . The unit itself is good but the furnishing needs updating and several electric outlets are loose in a way that our plugs don’t stay in place and fall off . Other than that it was good.

Our stay was great. The place was clean and the view was beautiful. The pool and hot tub close way too early, but that is the hotels issue not the host. The plug ins could use an update. The cords kept falling out otherwise it was great! Would definitely recommend! The neighborhood is so pretty and safe!

This property was fantastic! Very clean and cozy! Perfect location in coconut grove and close to everything. Especially loved that the owner Marie was very helpful and efficient in responding to any questions about out stay. Definitely will book again 😊

Loved the pool and hot tub amenities and views! Very comfortable space. Also the area is awesome with bars and restaurants.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our experience staying in this condo. The building itself is beautiful and high end in a safe, vibrant neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and local bars it's the best “home base” for a girls getaway. Thank you to Marie and Louis for making the experience so wonderful!

Plenty of Restaurants & bars with in walking distance. The view from the balcony is incredible. The owners were always available for questions & very courteous. Would stay there again.

Picture is accurate. Clean and simple. We were just popping in to tour the University of Miami with our daughter. If she attends we would consider using the same place. We didn't use the kitchenette but nice to have that ability should we want to use in the future.

Beautiful view and Marie was great she helped every step of the way.. very comfortable too needed noth extra for my stay. The little things as in a make up rag.. great area too food to drinks..

Hello, we usually stay ocean/beach front but this time we decided to stay ocean/marina front. It was a good change watching the boats (from the balcony) coming and going from the boat ramp and marina. And we got a bonus because the Dinner Key Marina had a public boat ramp, and that is always fun to watch people getting their boat ready and backing their boats into the water. The room and building was very nice. We brought some food and drinks to the room and had plenty of space in the two small refrigerators. The kitchen was sufficient for making small meals and reheating left overs from the local eateries. The pool had an attendant that gave out towels and helped with chair and umbrella relocation. The pool had a nice hot tub that was open. It was nice having the free parking in the garage. We went to the Everglades National Park, Miami Zoo, Bill Baggs State Park Across the bay from us ( Got to eat at the state park restaurant excellent views and food), and South Miami Beach Art Deco area. This place is close to all those attractions and at the end of the day it is nice to come home to this room where it is quite and secure. Close by the condo are plenty of places to eat and explore, also a grocery store (by the Coast Guard Hanger and Montes restaurant). So actually if you didn't want to go anywhere you wouldn't need a rental car just uber from the airport.
