We had the best time staying here! The location is amazing. There is a sledding hill/park near by. We loved the fact that we could let our kids play in the snow in the backyard. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi! Plenty of space for families. We will definitely be back.

We enjoined our stay

Our company leadership team used this home for our quarterly offsite meeting & found it to be a perfect space for us to focus. The only regret is that we did not have time to enjoy the beautiful back yard space (too much work ;).

Stayed in this house with my 4 colleagues and we all had our own rooms. It's a very nice house in a great location.

Family loved the home great area would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here. As others have mentioned there really aren't enough towels, especially if you plan to use the hot tub. We had two under 2, a 10 year old and 8 adults. The park down the street was perfect for our group to celebrate the younger 2 having a birthday. Highly recommend this stay to anyone else.

This was a beautiful property in a great location for the NAU grad events we were attending. Perfect size for our family of 11. Only drawback was no shower on main floor for my elderly parents who couldn’t navigate the stairs. My fault for not asking ahead of time. Large room upstairs was perfect for all of the kids. Would definitely stay there again without my parents.

This house was perfect! We plan to book again for a future trip. Very spacious, clean, the yard was amazing! The kitchen was perfect! Everyone had their own room and plenty of space to all hangout comfortably. Loved this house!!!!

The property was perfect for me and my cousins girls weekend, celebrating one us getting married. Perfect amount of beds and room for us all! Thank you so much. Beautiful home had everything you would need. Only note to make having a broom and dust pan would have been good, we like to leave the place as clean as possible. :) Would stay here again.

The property was perfect for our active family. It was a great central location for day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was also very close to town and provided easy access to hiking trails. The property was very clean, well furnished and overall great!

The home was in a great neighborhood with easy access to Flagstaff and the wedding venue we attended. Furnishings were lovely and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the early check-in. However, there were some negatives. The coffee pot in the kitchen needs replacement. The amount of bath towels provided were not sufficient. And probably the most concerning was the smoke detector which went off at midnight in the downstairs bedroom. We were forced to drive to a convenience store at that time of night to purchase a very expensive battery to replace it!

1. A number of lamp shades in 2nd floor bedrooms need to be replaced, numerous cracks in plastic shade. 2. Downstairs hallway smoke detector removed. 3. A second floor smoke detector went off in the middle of the night due to low battery backup. 4. A gas burner cover on stove is missing.

The backyard was wonderful - we ate meals out there, played games and set up cornhole boards (which we brought with us). The couches and chair in the living room were very comfortable! We had a few issues with not being able to find bedding for the pull-out sofa and not having enough bath towels, but the problems were quickly remedied through texts with the property manager. We noticed a few food wrappers and empty drink bottles behind some bedroom dressers and under beds upstairs, but overall the house was very clean. Tried communicating with property manager (two times through email and text) prior to our trip about concerns with the forest fires in the area and never got any response. The property was beautiful...the neighborhood is quiet and close to the expressway. 45 minutes form Sedona and about an hour from the Grand Canyon. The only drawback was 2 showers for 2 large families but we worked thought it well. The kitchen is beautiful. Master bedroom is clean and the beds are very comfortable
