The location was right off I-44, the room was clean and comfortable. the property is older but well kept up. Breakfast was minimal, not a ton of choices. Plenty of food options nearby. We had to stay an extra day due to the ice storm but no problem.

As I said the breakfast was not great, cold cereal and waffles, yogurt and rolls. No hot protein options. The hotel is getting to the point that upgrades will soon be needed. Still good now though.

Both night and morning desk person were not very friendly. No greeting when we came in and no good morning back after we said good morning.

The breakfast was good. Location is very close to the highway which is good for access but also a bit loud. I ran the fan all night for white noise.

Joseph, the night clerk was exceeding helpful in finding us some much needed orange juice for my diabetic wife. This was at 2am and it helped a lot. Please extend our Thanks and appreciation.

The hotel is in a good location, right off the highway, near restaurants, gas, etc. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. There was a door to the adjoining room so a caregiver could be close by. The closet was configured for someone in a wheelchair. The bed was very comfortable.

There was no electrical outlet near the table cum desk so I had to haul it over beside the bed to be able to use my laptop (not ideal in a disabled room. While the closet was configured for wheelchair access, the bathroom was not: so seat in the tub, no handheld shower faucet, low toilet. Parking was a bit odd: the disabled parking is to the side of the building while parking spots directly in front of the back enrance is reserved for guests in the hotel loyalty program. Finally, I don't recall an elevator, the disabled rooms in the back are on the lowest floor, breakfast is served at least one floor up and there's little parking in the front of the building, none designated for disabled so... I couldn't get up the steps to breakfast and, without access to parking in the front, decided to forego breakfast at the hotel.

Easy in and out. Conveniently located close to Tesla charger.

All pillows were too big. While there were plenty (and that is a good thing) some should be less puffy.
