This place is just perfect! The listing is accurate, and has everything you need. The hot tub is an enjoyable touch. The host is especially attentive to any questions which is always appreciated! The family and I absolutely enjoyed our week here, and look forward to staying here again if we are ever traveling in the area!

Took my boys here for a Notre Dame spring weekend. Went to baseball games and enjoyed campus.

We came for one evening and this little place had everything we need. We were very impressed by how many people could stay here though we only had 2 people this time.

We took my oldest Granddaughter to her first apartment and to prepare for college. It was nice to have a comfortable place to stay at night after all day putting furniture together and unpacking her.

House is very clean, all beds are comfortable, plenty of living room sitting space & hot tub/backyard area was GREAT!! Easy check in & communication with owner was great. Lots of linens/towels/kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay again & recommend others to as well. Only negatives/suggestions are: dishwasher is super loud. Dryer makes weird noise & scared to use it. Had to ask owner to turn off blink camera above the hot tub for privacy. Kept coming on while sitting in hot tub. Front blink camera stayed on throughout visit but owner did turn back camera off. Gives you a Big Brother type of feeling lol

Really great location for a game. Enjoyed the central open kitchen, living room area where everyone could gather together.

This property is in a great location and just a short drive to ND campus. It is located in quiet neighborhood that feels safe. The outdoor space was perfect to relax in and has the cutest outdoor lights that really make you really feel like you’re on vacation. Management was GREAT to work with. He responded promptly to all our question. We will definitely put this property on the top of the list for next year.

Everything was wonderful super clean and neat place great neighborhood very quiet had everything we needed to be away from home hot tub was amazing nice backyard to play games and just relax very good communication was just as described truly enjoyed our stay would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Nicely decorated, comfortable home with a great backyard. 4 women sat outside at the firepit talking and laughing til 11:30 pm but neighbors complained so don't plan any loud parties or later nights. Enjoyed our visit and Todd was a very communicative host....

We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described and was perfectly comfortable for my family of five along with 3 grandparents. We loved the outdoor space, both the front porch and the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and close to campus. Highly recommend!

The Backyard Oasis was amazing! It was the perfect halfway point to meet our college son for a family weekend. The hot tube was a great addition on the cold days and nights. Thanks so much for a great weekend!

Stayed for the weekend and the house was exactly as advertised. Great little getaway, and very peaceful. Host explained everything we needed to know and stayed on top of communication. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but we made it work. Would stay again in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor amenities.

So many nice things about this property! A hot tub, big kitchen that's open to the living room, lots of rooms and beds! We had a great time!

This property worked out well for us. We are a group of 3 seniors that wanted a little get away / get together without being in a hotel or condo or staying in a public place. We stayed for 3 nights in mid January 2022. One in my group is handicapped and the open floor plan, large master bathroom and no carpeting made things much easier on us. The downsides were that the dining area sitting was impossible to use for the handicapped guest and uncomfortable for the other guest. Lower dining table and seats would have been much better for us, but it was a nice looking dinette set. I was also disappointed that the garage use was at an extra charge. Only other bad thing was that the tap water was extremely hot and single handled faucets are a little harder to gauge so a few ouches occurred. Place is well stocked, nice cookware and dishes, good amount of supplies and spices but unfortunately for us there was only one wine glass and place was in need of a set of glass drinkware as well (plenty of plastic glasses though). Place was in a nice little neighborhood not far from anything you wanted or needed. We felt safe and secure the entire time. We did not use the hot tub but did enjoy looking out at the backyard string lights from the patio door. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. My one guest really enjoyed the espresso machine and the coffee was nice as well. Overall a very nice place and we had a great visit there.

I was visiting South Bend with five family members and friends to attend a Notre Dame football game. We were absolutely delighted with the house and property which was perfect for our needs. The house has a lovely, spacious yard and is located in a pretty, quiet neighborhood a short drive from the Notre Dame campus and numerous dining and shopping establishments. The interior of the house was absolutely immaculate and there were plenty of blankets, towels, wash cloths, etc.; the water pressure in the showers was perfect and the kitchen was very well equipped and nicely appointed. Our host Todd was exceptionally responsive and friendly. I sent him a couple of emails with questions and he responded almost immediately. I've stayed at many VRBOs and Air B&Bs and would rank this one at the top. I hope to return to this fine property again next football season! Tom Carroll

Nice property. Would recommend and certainly rent again. Two things that I recommend. 1) need steak knives. 2) needs to replace heat reflectors on gas’s grill.

We wish we had time to enjoy the outdoor space but we were not there long enough. The property is in a perfect location to the Notre Dame campus. Clean property and Quiet street. It is starting to show signs of wear and tear but still a comfortable stay.

It was easy to communicate. The website was easy to navigate.

Location is fantastic. The yard needed mowed a few days before we arrived.

The house was lovely, the back yard is indeed an Oasis and we used the hot tub EVERY DAY! It was the easiest to open and close that's we've ever encountered. We cooked all our meals in house and the kitchen does have most of the basic stuff but if you're baking or need a griddle you might need to bring it. Overall the bedrooms and living space were very nice. There is very little in house entertainment (like games or things to do) but we found many nice places to visit and a river walk downtown that was really enjoyable. Our only complaint is that there was no recycle and we felt bad throwing away all the stuff that we would normally recycle. Overall a great stay.
