The host was super responsive and flexible. The pool and grounds are beautiful.

Well kept grounds & home. Jocelyn was friendly & welcoming. Grilling our meals out by the pool was a great change from the norm. We will be creating something similar at our new home. Loved our stay! Also it is close to most anything you might want to do in Orlando.

This place is absolutely beautiful. It's so peaceful n relaxing I definitely enjoyed my stay.The pool, hot tub, outside kitchen n patio are nice n neat. Everything you could possibly need was available. I even got to see their silky chickens that are so cute. Definitely would recommend n will stay there again.

The backyard was unbelievable. Pool, fireplace, range, hot tub. If I lived in Florida, I'D LOVE to have this backyard. Also, there were lots of additional touches inside and out.

The property was wasy to find, and directions we're clear. Its nice and quiet, and so peaceful. We got to enjoy the hot tub. Well be back in a days to enjoy the pool. Such a nice patio to enjoy while your there. And animal's are welcome, thats always a plus. Shes got some adorable little chickens running around too. :)

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and truly enjoyed everything about the property. The amenities are incredible. Pool, hot tub and fireplace. Loved being immersed in nature with the trees surrounding the property and the Silky chickens doing their thing. The yard is so peaceful. Definitely would come back.

Plenty of things to do! Have a cookout, swim in pool, relax in the hot tub, build a fire in the outdoor fireplace. Quiet, nice and affordable!

Wish we could have stayed longer. We really missed out for a longer stay. So Beautiful and welcoming. If ever in the area again hope to stay there. Can't say enough about this rental. Just Beautiful! Thank you for having us!

This property was clean, well thought out, and just easy all around. Communication was excellent. I like the lock box with physical key instead of keypad, because you never know how often the codes are actually changed. I am terrible at providing detail on perfect stays, because only the negatives really get stuck in ones head. I only wish I could have planned a longer stay.

This is the perfect stay for two close friends or a couple in town for an event. We only had a few hours to ourselves between outings, so we swam in our skivvies, napped in the shade, yoga'd in the grass. The hot tub was being repaired, but the weather was better for the pool, anyway. Hosts were very friendly and communicative, and we only saw them very briefly. We availed ourselves of a few of the generous amenities—I love when hosts have supplied the thing I forgot (makeup wiiipes)! Thanks y'all, if I'm in the area again, I'll be back 😊

The place was peaceful and a perfect place to stay! The host was great and even helped return forgotten items to us after the stay! Will for sure stay again if we are ever in the area again!

I was looking for a private little getaway for some downtime and this place had it all. The outdoor kitchen and seating area was wonderful as well has to have a pool and hot tub available just steps from your room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious. I particularly loved the proximity to both the springs and downtown Orlando while staying in a residential neighborhood - It provided all the convenience without the crazy traffic. Particularly if you're looking to spend time at the springs, this is the perfect spot.

Don’t hesitate to book this stay! 5 stars all around. Great communication from start to finish, they had everything we needed and it was very clean! We extended a work trip for a couple relaxing days and this fit our needs perfectly! Their little chicken friends were so cute! We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed being close to family,shopping and the interstate. The outdoor area was beautiful and Jocelyn was a super host.

I stayed for 4 nights. This property is clean, comfortable and close to everything I needed. Jocelyn was very quick to respond to any questions. The yard is beautiful, with comfy patio loungers, pool, fireplace…. It really is all I needed and more. I’ll be back!!

We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities. It was very relaxing. Great location not a far drive to beaches, amusement parks, and more. Great neighborhood. Jocelyn is a great hostess. She has prompt response to any questions or inquiries. She is very helpful. We will be back again. We are letting our friends and family know about this place.

Enjoyed my third stay at this property. Quiet and relaxing. My go to place to stay in the Orlando area.

Hubs and I needed a centrally located place to stay during our Holiday visit with the grown kids who live in Sanford and Orlando, and this lovely suite was perfect. We spent our days with family and returned nightly to crash and rest up for the next day’s festivities. The suite was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfy. We didn’t eat there as all of our dinners were spent with family, but the mini fridge, toaster and sink were very helpful and there is a nice Keurig as well. The outdoor space as you walk to the suite was so welcoming and inviting. We were bummed we didn’t have time to enjoy it. I had an incredibly embarrassing mix up with my dates and booked a day LESS than we actually needed. Jocelyn was so gracious and kind- she was able to provide the extra night’s stay for us. I’m sure it was stressful for her- trying to reach me all morning while we’re off holiday-ing with the Fam and I hadn’t looked at my phone for hours- and all of our stuff is still in her suite way beyond check out time! Yet she was so kind and helpful and so good natured about it- I was so grateful! Great rental, really wonderful host! Happy Holidays!

Beautiful room with access to patio, pool, and outdoor kitchen. Room appears to be recently renovated (lovely) and is very clean. I have already booked a second stay.

Beautiful property, we only got to stay for a night but wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the place. Great decorations, very clean, loved the chickens. Would definitely stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a music festival. This was an anniversary present to my husband; so where we stayed was very important. The space is gorgeous! So we’ll designed and comfy! Jocelyn was so sweet and attentive! We barely needed for anything. Extremely accommodating and just an overall great host. We will definitely be staying again in the future! We enjoyed our stay! We were there for a softball tournament at Boombah Sports Complex so we mostly slept there because we had much to do during the day. The place was comfortable, clean, and plenty big enough for 2 of us. The hosts were gracious about letting us use the outside area if we wanted. They are super nice people.

I just can't say enough good about this property it is stunningly beautiful meticulously clean and it is centrally located that I was able to get everywhere I needed and quick. One morning as I was leaving for my conference I spied some very fluffy beautiful friendly chickens that actually let me come up to them and pet them that was so cool. You absolutely have to make this place a priority if you are visiting Florida.
