A great trip for myself, 2 grown
Children and cousin, all from out of state. Check in process was simple, condo was clean and spacious, and we all had our own rooms. Easy parking for our rental car directly in front of building, and trolly ( which we used to get to French Quarter) was a 5 minute walk. Overall, a great location!

House was very clean and updated. Our group came in for French quarter festival and was a very quick uber into Bourbon Street/Jackson Square or a 20+ minute walk. The pool access was also nice and shared with the other apartments next door.

This property worked out really well for our visit. We found that it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of room!

Good experience, but there were bed bugs in one of the rooms and there wasn’t a solution for us.
Good experience, but there were bed bugs in one of the rooms and there wasn’t a solution for us. We had to leave and be refunded with nowhere to stay for the remainder of our trip, or stay with the bed bugs. My friend had to leave and get a hotel due to this issue. Very inconvenient.

Great Property!
This house is AMAZING! We came down for the Sugar Bowl and the Saints game and this place was perfect. It was absolutely huge and very comfortable for all of us. We actually felt like we had so much room that we could have brought more friends! Although it's not super close to Bourbon street we walked home multiple nights and had no issues. This place was super clean and checking in was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone heading down to New Orleans!

A beautiful, spacious condo
We enjoyed our stay, the condo is beautiful, the rooms are very private. The kitchen is fully equipped, except if you are planning on cooking, you’ll need to bring every spice and ingredient. There is a supermarket 3 minute drive away. There is a long staircase inside the unit to reach the living space. I wish the check in time was earlier (we were charged extra to get in early) and that the check out time was later (it’s 10am, and they were kind enough to extend it to 11:30). 1pm would have been good. All in all, wonderful. Thank yiu!!!

We had a great time and property was very nice and clean. I think a better description of how units are situated and of amenities would be helpful.

Amazing
Pros: great family space - love the pool - constant hot water in showers (even with a family of 5 showering at the same time didnt lose hot water) - clean when arrived - no mechanical failures - provided more than enough toliet paper and paper towels for a week stay
Cons: Parking - its only street parking
Water pressure - low
Trash cans - by the front door attracts a lot of flies and bugs
Overall, wonderful place. We would definitely stay again.

Trip with the grandkids
The condo was great! The location was very convenient to the things we wanted to do. The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed it. We would defy stay there again!

Everything was great. Only improvements would be extra towels.
Great experience. Only bad thing was the price lol, and too many people have access to the pool.

Great Stay
The house was great. Easy to get around and close to a lot of restaurants. Only negative was that we found some cleanliness issues when we first arrived. Nothing huge, but still wish the cleaning people did a little better job before we got there.
