Clean and very nice play to stay. Remotely retractable blinds to keep the morning sun out if you want to sleep in or wake to the morning sun and incredible beach view. Excellent quiet location on a clean beach but still close to surf shops and dining. The coconut tree on the back patio made for some awesome photos. The ocean waves here were great for boogie boarding and keeping the kids entertained. All around recommend staying here.

Lovely oceanfront beach cottage townhome. Cottage was very clean, comfortable beds and couch, beautiful ocean view, short walk to amazing restaurants.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience! The property is great and on the beach. It’s also close to many amenities. The owner was accessible and very accommodating. Looking forward to next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels all provided for going to the beach so that was an added bonus. The view was amazing. Watching the sunrise 🌅 each morning while having my coffee on the patio was so peaceful. Carol was awesome and very quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you for the memories.

Very nice property about as close to the beach as you can get. Unfortunately during our stay weather didn’t cooperate for the beach although our dog loved the beach walks. Property is very clean and well maintained. Carol, property mgr/owner is excellent and was very helpful. Location is very handy to many excellent restaurants and Olde Melbourne although traffic can sometimes be a challenge.

My wife and I wanted to have a nice, relaxing stay at the beach and we were not disappointed. This townhouse is comfortable and is a perfect size. It has a wonderful patio and a beautiful coconut tree that is directly on the beach and steps away from the ocean. The hot tub also has an unobstructed view of the beach. There’s a great pizza place, ice cream and coffee shop 1/2 mile up the beach. We also frequented a great beach bar that’s 3/4 mile up the beach. We enjoyed other local restaurants and shopping in historic Melbourne. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Just returned from our stay Oct. 13-20 and the stay was fantastic. As other reviews state, the description and pictures on VRBO are just like being there!
We got lucky to walk the beach our 3 rd day and came across 2 girls retrieving eggs from a green sea turtle who came ashore the night before. Actually got to see 4 little guys heading to the ocean to begin their lives in the ocean.
Plenty of good eating and drinking establishments as well as a quaint downtown.
Very relaxing just sitting on the deck looking at the ocean waves.
Will definitely return!

The oceanfront cottage was an ideal escape for our family of 4. The location was perfect for our plans to bum it on the beach in the off-season of October, still enjoying the last that summer has to offer.
Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are all just minutes away. Orlando is about an hour and a half drive, making it a great location for those who want to skip the beach for a day to visit Universal Studios or Disney. The beach is your backyard and the back patio is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening bbq’s. Relaxing beneath the coconut tree while the waves crash in the distance will forever be burned into our memories.
Can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely look to stay here again in the years to come.

The view when you walk in the door is breathtaking. Not to mention the view from the large master bedroom windows.
The townhome is exactly as pictured. Very clean and the furniture was extremely comfortable. Very beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook because we took advantage of the nearby restaurant's enjoying each and every one.
Spending the day on the beach was amazing, feeling like we were on a private beach. Carol is a wonderful host and easy to get in touch with, not that we needed anything 🙂 Look forward to staying again in the future.

The view from this townhouse is exceptional! The patio with its own palm tree provides the most beautiful place to enjoy the view of the turquoise water! Being able to walk from the house to the beach was perfect. The house itself is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and roomy shower. Liked being able to wash clothes before packing up. Hated to leave!

My Wife and I enjoyed our stay, particularly relaxing on the patio watching the waves.
The Indialantic area is a great place to stay with great places to eat (like around the world cafe), so close by.
Carol Ann was kind to us during our visit and enjoyed seeing our Tiki man seagrass hair project. Donated some extra beer to the nice neighbor lady as a parting gift as we finished our visit. Very nice place to stay right on the beach folks.

We loved everything about this property. The pictures seemed too good to be true when I first saw the listing but it was exactly as depicted if not better. My husband and I and our 8 and 10 year old boys couldn’t have spent a more relaxing yet fun week and we can’t wait to go back!

The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated, and the view from the patio was amazing. If we weren't walking on the beach or biking, we were on the patio. I love the area that the townhouse is located because it's quiet and peaceful, but at the same time it's close to restaurants and even a Publix. We saw many turtle tracks on our morning walks and had a couple turtle sightings in the evenings. We had a great vacation here and would highly recommend this townhouse.

A little slice of heaven on earth. Private beach with beautiful ocean views without all the crazy. My husband and I call this place our home away from home, been visiting for over 10 years. Carol is such a wonderful host and makes everything so very special.

We have stayed in this condo before and have not seen it available when we wanted to book until recently! One day it appeared in my search and I immediately recognized it and snatched it up! We very much enjoyed the beauty of the location, the closeness to things to do and the con do itself. I hope to book it again!

We had the most relaxing week, in beautiful surroundings. The description of the townhouse and the photos were consistent with the reality we experienced. Carol was very communicative and responsive throughout the stay. It's also very evident the cleaning crew is top notch. Everything was very clean. This is one location and place we can see ourselves returning to.

Just as seen in the pictures, this slice of paradise is steps from the ocean. So many beautiful sunrises were enjoyed from our patio and days spent at the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds were so very comfy. The room with the view is a dream. Carol was easy to reach and responded very quickly for any questions we had. We had a blast! Thanks for a wonderful week.

Relaxing Family Fun!
This was our second time to stay here and there will be a third. It is right on the beach with a beautiful patio. The new hot tub was great on cooler nights. The main bedroom has a gorgeous view of the ocean.

The condo was located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants and groceries and was in a nice neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Carol was excellent with communication and went out of her way to help us when needed. We have only great things to say about Carol’s place.

Communication, cleanliness, accurate description, & comfort were all fantastic. By far though, was the atmosphere of this oceanfront property. It hit all the expectations for our 25th anniversary. Zero disappointment. We're actually making plans for our next year trip to go back as we're driving home right now.

The unit was exactly as the description says. The beach was steps away. Great patio with hot tub. The sunrise every morning was worth getting up for. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great time. I will be coming back to this unit next time I visit that area.

Paradise by the Beach
Carol is an incredible host. The place was beautiful, clean, bright, and even came with umbrellas and chairs for the beach. We had everything we needed, everything worked, and the place was just perfectly comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and checking out felt like moving out of our home!
