We traveled with our 2 small dogs. Property is older, but has lovely updates. Great location. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of shopping and eating options. Fully furnished kitchen. Gas and charcoal grills on patio. Easy access to clean, beautiful beach. Will definitely consider staying again.

We had a great time staying here. We loved the location on the beach and near all the things we love to do in the area. We stayed here to "pretend" we live there as we intend to move to that area in a year or so. This gave us the full picture of what it's like to live there. We didn't cook while there so we can't speak to the kitchen functionality or the cleanliness of the pots and pans, etc., but they have redone the kitchen recently, so it is nice looking and likely very "user friendly". The only thing I would knock on this is that the toilet paper supply was ridiculously low. We did have to go buy our own to get through an entire week there. While I get that it is not a hotel, leaving only 1 full roll is a bit stingy. Other than that, we loved it and would recommend it to couples and small families.

This was the perfect beach house getaway only steps from the back door to the ocean. Everything inside the home was perfectly clean and nicley decorated to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Great A/C and a truly comfy king bed! I gave rating a 4 out of 5 because VRBO shows the property in the middle of a complex when, in truth, the property is on the end without a full view. You don’t find out until you pay for the property. I was able to deduce that it was an end unit, but VRBO’s advertising is probably deliberately misleading. That is unacceptable and I hope everyone else will also call out VRBO for misleading business practices.

My husband and I had such a great time at the condo that we've reserved it for next year. Lovely view of the ocean. Close to everything you'll need as far as places to eat, groceries, or odds and ends. Joanie was fabulous in answering questions. Would recommend staying here.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Surf Shack for a month with my husband and puppy Loca. It is truly a little gem in Indialantic Beach. The home is very nicely appointed with all your needs to feel like a home away from home. Which is especially important when staying for longer periods of time. The location directly on the ocean can’t be beat and you can walk to downtown Indialantic for dining, restaurants and shopping. The corner unit is ideal with a great patio which allows for more privacy. The home is tastefully decorated in beach decor, mattress very comfortable, kitchen updated and stocked with everything you could need, and quality linens and blankets. Joanie our host was fantastic! She gave us awesome recommendations and answered all our questions that we had. Anything we needed she took care of it right away. We already booked for next year and can’t wait!!!!

The Surf Shack was great! The beach was a minute walk. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The mangroves were beautiful! (Half the fencing around patio was in garage, I’m sure from storm, if your planning on bring pets.)

Wonderful townhouse located on a quiet beach in a great location convenient to fishing, shopping, and restaurants.

Only problem we really had was that there was no light out on the back patio at all, it was pitch black at night and we had to use our cell phone lights to go outside, the front only had lights that came on when you approached the front door, just felt that there could definitely be more security lighting around the front and the back, but just loved the "beach house" as we called it!!

Everything was great

The property manager was amazing and responded quickly! The house was just what we needed for a relaxing few days! A few steps to the beach and a few minutes drive to everything else. If ever in the area again we definitely will stay again. You can’t beat the price! Cheaper and so much more room than a hotel room in the area.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this lovely property. It was very close to the beach and the beach was beautiful. We were looking for a quite, relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got! The condo was close to shopping and restaurants. The highlight of our stay were the beautiful sunrise walks along the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay! Had to come.down from NY for a death in the family and it was a home away from home. Was able to relax and regroup with all the stress that a death brings.

Host went out of her way to make us happy, home is very comfortable and the beach is just steps away and is completely private hardly ever saw many people on the beach and the sun rise views are just amazing Highly recommend

We enjoyed staying in this unit. We stayed a few doors down another time and we really love this location... so close to everything.! You just can’t beat having the beach in your backyard, too. The a/c works great! The upstairs bed is comfy. The downstairs is updated. The upstairs could use some updating, but it wouldn’t stop us from staying again. The sliding door to the beach doesn’t lock or open/close easily. That is a bit of an issue which we found a way to deal with. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. The owner even extended extra benefits to us. We were so happy to find this unit last minute and at a great price.

Good time. Problems with AC resolved very quickly. Appliances brand new.

Great place

A short, hour-long drive from the Orlando airport (felt much shorter). Property was just as expected, the check-in email had all the important info we needed. We dropped off our bags and were on the beach within minutes of arrival. Really enjoyed how the beach felt private - we were looking for a non-resort town and found it! We've already started thinking about a return visit and would definitely stay here again.

No issues

The property is lovely! We enjoyed so many things--the patio with grill, oceanfront with a lovely lawn, a well-appointed kitchen...ceiling fan, lovely vaulted living room ceiling, the list of good features here is long! Nice laundry and plenty of beach towels available for a beach stay. There was construction grading across the street beeping at 7am weekdays, but that is completely out of the owner's control. We cleaned and oiled the sliding glass door track, which could use some maintenance. My only compliant, as a noise control consultant: if the old windows that don't block noise were replaced it would really help with the road noise...Again, overall this was a great rental and served our needs and desires extremely well! :)

The unit was very clean and kitchen well supplied. The carpet needs replaced upstairs and Wi-Fi info updated. The problems were quickly fixed. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed a relaxing vacation.

We had an awesome time, all the comforts of home, beautiful beach!! Looking forward to another stay here.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, very nice appliances and TVs in all rooms (but with finicky interface). Some refresh is needed but overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful month of August in the unit. It was comfortable, clean, and cozy. It is so convenient - steps from the beach; we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, coffee shop. We also loved the privacy of the end unit. We would not hesitate to stay here again! :)
