We really liked the view of the hotel

We didn't like the food, really not tasty and every day it's the same and tasteless... the hotel didn't let us feel comfortable every step we took they interfere was full of Egypt in the hotel and it was not pleasant at all

The only good point for the resort the view is amazing and location good near soho .

Facilities in the resort very bad , food with poor quality and little varieties . Staff deal as they working in local coffee , they need to learn how to service and deal with guest . Lack of Room Cleanliness , simple items not found in the room as boiler , tea ,cups ..

Friendly staff, hard working, always smiling and very helpful. Tasty food, good choice of meats, pasta, rice, salads, and BBQ meat in the evening Cakes are delicious Pool guys helped with towels, sun beds, and umbrellas Good Coffee machine at breakfast. Room updated and very clean with ocean view The cleaner’s towel art was fantastic! . Coral Beach, amazing Close to Soho area . Taxi service is available with fixed rates, and the driver can wait for you Regular mosquito spraying The gardens are well looked after The security on the gate made us feel really safe There’s some Egyptian guests as well as tourists

I had read many negative comments, but really, Siva 😍 underrated hotel . Memorable vacation , awesome staff, no effort spared . Coral beach was amazing Close to Fantastic soho enjoyable 😉 We will return again, see you next year

The hotel is ideal for the price. The staff was friendly at all times, the room was clean, with air conditioning, and the bathroom had everything you need, and amazing view ,The included meals were more than correct. I had read many negative comments about the hotel before booking, and I do not think they are accurate. Honestly, for the price we paid for spending a stay with all inclusive included for two people, I found it a bargain for everything we received in return. You can't spend a stay at the Hotel and critisise it for not being the Paradise

I’d like to thank all at beginning Mr Alaa receptionist and Mr. Omar night manager as well the food and Beverage team Hossam pool bar and Abdulah piano bar and Mahmoud from restaurant and Mr. Eltayeb also Mr. Yasser the beverage manager and Essam the Housman and Ibrahim in restaurant and samir in Italian restaurant and recreation team all make my vacation nice as well Limosine team and omnia and Miki from animation team

Most of staff not smiling even for each other it’s indicator that they are not happy as well food taste needs to re check and hygiene process especially now mai restaurant was zero I think staff needs training sorry it’s only advise

Food very bad, i feel the mean of spending , bathroom nothing inside wxcept one shampoo sachet of 50 piasters, no water for drinking in the room , it costs me 1150 for one night , i lost my money for nothing
